This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 6th day of April, 1929, in accordance with request made by Mr. [900] and Mr. [195].

1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [195], present in this room - and the dream or vision of [900] concerning a plane designed by [195] and [4666], shaped as an arrowhead to propel - using motor and two revolving wheels with fins in shape of fins of Swastika design - with helicopter device, using gyroscopic principle in motor to keep the airplane level when leaving ground - in horizontal travel to raise or lower ship the cabin remains horizontal but angle of incident in so called wings are changed as relative to body of airplane. This is what [900] visioned, is it not? You will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding the vision, the airplane - also motor of airplane.
2. EC: Yes - Yes - Now we have those conditions as are with the mind of [195] as respecting that visioned by [900]. Here we have a correlation of the inner mental forces of the body [900] visualizing the CONTEMPLATED activities as would be worked out by [195] and [4666] with motor as attached to aeroplane, or vision of arrowhead plane.
3. Now we have many varied conditions as to how this may be approached. To the ONE - [900] - this that of two forces in activity: The ability of the inner Self [900] to vision in that as may be called telepathic manner that as is of the interpretation of a mental activity of [195] - which, is, as has been given, that how as to "Thoughts are Deeds."
4. As to the mind - the interpretation of same to [195], is seeing the vision of self's own mental vision visualized by another. In the material application is that most interesting to each. As to how this that has been visualized by the one, seen telepathically by another - to be made into a material action that will arise even as seen in the vision by [900] - the gyroscopic idea is that, even as has been given as respecting how that one in power driven from ANY source would be able to rise or land from any ANGLE almost desired by the one controlling such a machine - even as has been supplied in motor driven (gas motor driven)

machines, in the cutting edge of machine, as to how the ANGLES of nearly 45 may be attained by O type - or what would be obsolete type, with such a motor as [195] contemplates here.
5. As to the abilities of such an idea to operate, only needs the application of those ideas already set in motion. This covers a vast scope of possibilities, and will be worked out to such a state as to be apparent almost beyond conception. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) In revolving drum motor as per sketch in [195]'s hand - should 15 and 30 seconds angle be figured from center or end? (A) From center. This as a MEAN angle, see? While the conditions in the rotation are such that it is required of the angles that they occupy practically every sort or character, that as is given of 15 degrees and 30 seconds - the TIME or position in the compilation or the rotation motion when the ASSEMBLAGE is in action. Get the idea here?
7. (Q) Should it be angle O C B or Angle D O B? (A) O C B angle.
8. (Q) Should shafting and pinion Y coincide with center of containing tank at angle 15 above center of drum C D - or should pinion center be located elsewhere, and where? (A) No - the correct angle is as is set here.
9. (Q) Diameter of roller bearing B is 1/64 inches less than diameter of bearing race Z? Is this the correct play? (A) Correct.
10. (Q) The 30 second differential in angle is to keep the rotation in continuous play, is it not? (A) It is.
11. (Q) A motor could be made using gravity instead of chemical gravitation, as per small sketch in [195]'s hand. Are angles at O correct? The application for patent would cover this also? (A) Would cover this also, for while we enter an entirely different field when consideration of patents and of that which is of a basic nature, and that of a time or term nature as has been indicated, these are to be of a basic nature. Hence these differentiations in the activity of motor thus driven by the action of gravitation in its simple or complicated sense, whether of that as takes into consideration the use of energy being thrown off or of energy being contracted and amplified in such a motor as head is seen here in drawing, showing from that of A B D and O. These are of one principle. Hence the application and the patent would cover both heads.
12. (Q) Are angles at O correct in small sketch?

(A) With the attaching of other conditions here, we will find there will be minor variations. As a whole, or as a general, the angle correct - but there will be minor differentiations in the attachment of other leads or means of the rotation as connected with same.
13. (Q) Any further suggestions as to this motor or drawing? (A) These are all sufficient in themselves. Further suggestions would be rather along the lines of how the application of the information as is gained through the conditions as are brought about by the vision as seen, and the study as is given by [195]. Does that mean anything? Badly explained but Here: We have this premise: A mind - [900] - not even of a mechanical turn, not even in the conscious cognizance other than of such a thing being existent; yet in the VISION the application of the force being studied is as cognizant to the entity itself as it is (and more so, in material application) to those minds individually applying selves to the thought of creating that in material force that manifests forces as are cognizant, or in cognization in the cosmic or universal sense. Now, as to how such a mind obtains same - THAT well to study by both. Not that it mixes up, no - but that it shows that all are of ONE when in the sense of absent from a material body. Even the continuity of life, of thought, of thought's force, is exemplified - and an illustration of this is usable, applicable, even in material things. Study on these.
