1. [900]: You will have before you [195] of ..., Ohio, and [4666], ..., Ohio, and the machine as has been built and as is now set up in [195]'s apartment at ..., Ohio. You will tell us exactly what has to be done, or how this machine needs be remedied in order that it will function with power, and how. You will go over the machine carefully and give us in detail those conditions that prevent it from working. You will answer questions I will ask you regarding this.

2. EC: Now, we find there should be little trouble in making the present model operate, with power. These conditions, as we find, exist: There has been given how that the rotation of motor in its first operation, the rotation of the earth should be taken into consideration - that first consideration. Also there has been given as to how that the force in the gravity as is the first impelling force in its emanations, are to be in accord with that as is being thrown off by the activity in its rotation about the circle. In the present construction there is seen, the angle as is necessary to bring about the first rotation is at such a position as to cause binding on its second degree of ascent. With this changed, so that when the rotary cam is set in motion at the angles as were described in drawing Z, so that the angles A, D and C are in the same relations one to another as that in the present position occupied by the rotary cam, as it stands at present, we will find these will rectify the conditions in its producing its power of bringing over the second motion. Then, as has been explained in the law that is set in motion by [195], that with the increase of the power by the activity of the emanations given off in the active forces of the water and the chemical, in the active force of gravitation, WILL increase the rotary motion to where power, endurance, and stability of activity is kept in motion. Then, only remove that binding in the second position as is occupied, and combine or put together again in the position as is outlined wherein

that the present position occupied is in the same relative positions to A, C and D as has been given. We will find the operative forces. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Is a larger pinion gear on each end of the tank necessary? (A) Not necessary to demonstrate that the principle is correct. Necessary in the increasing of resistance, after the action is thoroughly demonstrated in working of the motor.

4. (Q) Would a larger pinion gear on each end of the tank, the centers of which would be about one-half inch less in diameter than the ring of the gear on the tank on which the pinions are running on the present machine, necessitate making an entirely new tank? (A) Operate with this as we have given, see? using the machine as it stands, releasing that where the binding comes in the second position in its rotation, as has been given, see? here. Then, when we combine the present position - that means merely releasing that portion where the binding shows at present, see? in the second position - then, relating the present position of the cam - loose cam, see? with that of the position as is set in the putting together of the machine in the position as set out in drawing Z, as has been seen, see? Now, these combined together will show that the PRINCIPLE is correct. Be sure that first the position is East and West in the setting of machine. Be sure that the position of the cam in its action is in that relative position necessary, as set out in the drawing. Do that.

5. (Q) Will it always be necessary to start the machine facing East and West? (A) Facing East and West, always. Then it may go in ANY position, after the action is set in motion.

6. (Q) Is there any other detail would make it clearer to the mechanical mind of [195]? (A) [195] will see this, when it is given just as we have - taking from the relativity of the rotary cam, see, in its PRESENT position, NOW, as it stands - which is above the SECOND position, see? that is, as the machine, through its natural gravitation of forces, is impelled by that as brings the first activity, then the position of cam with the action in the lines as given, should make it operate. We are through.
