1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. This we have had before.

2. Now, there are many changes in the body since last we had it here. The greater portions of these changes are for the better physical conditions of the body.

3. Those conditions as exist with the body at the present are of a normal nature for the body, and there are, with these conditions at the present, those that should be guarded the body, especially that as to the condition existing in the eliminating system of the body. The taxation to the eliminations in this development of the physical forces, as go to make up that as regarding the physical conditions of both bodies, should be guarded against, especially that as pertains to the condition in the kidneys, and of the strains as might be brought on the body by an over exertion. Keep, then, the equilibrium between the liver and the kidneys in and during this development stage, that there may not be any excess in the functioning of the kidneys, for the strain would be severe on the body, by this being allowed to become over balanced to the extent that, with the strains, the kidneys were over or super charged, for the enlargement in the glands above same show the effect of strain as existed in the physical forces. Not dilatory as regarding exercise, but that of the nature that does NOT bring any special strain to the torso of the system, refraining from any undue excitement to the mental forces, or to the higher vibrations as are set in the system through the excess of any portion of the generatory system - bringing, then, the better development through such care for the body in the present conditions. Do that.

4. Not an excess of salines to produce the activity of the liver, nor an excess of an acid, for either would be detrimental to the body. The diet and the normal exercise being the greater condition to be kept in the right way and manner, the eliminations being kept in action in and by

those conditions that act WITH the system, rather than increasing any action from within the mucus coatings of the system. Hence, any vibration of the massage nature would be greater and more beneficial to the system than drugs, under the existent conditions. Refrain from any that are as sedatives to the digestive system, or as to the nervous system, see?

5. (Q) What should the diet consist of during this period? (A) Those that are of bone and body building. Sufficient of the calcium and proteins, well balanced in the system. This should be under the direction of a dietician, or of a physician, see? to meet the needs as arise from time to time in the body.

6. (Q) What exercise would be best for the body? (A) Walking, rowing, or swimming. Not too much sweeping, nor scarcely any LIFTING - nothing heavy lifted.

7. We are through with this reading.
