1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [202] of ..., Ohio, and the piece of property which he has an option on, at 6 West 4th St., Cincinnati - which expires Saturday. They are willing to give him a perpetual lease with the privilege of purchasing the property. You will tell the body whether or not, during his lifetime, this would prove a profitable investment relative to the way his money in other ways may be invested.
2. EC: Yes - Yes - the body, the enquiring mind. The lease - the refusal as a perpetual lease would be the more satisfactory, and will eventually bring to the body of [202] the greater returns, and the safer execution of same is to be able to keep the lease. Do that. We are through.
