1. EC: Yes, we have the body [219]. This we have had before. Now, we find conditions greatly changed with the physical forces of the body from that as we have had before. These, as we find, are for the betterment of the body, and with the changes there necessarily comes varied conditions as are to be met. These require little change in the outline for the correction, save in the manner of the osteopathic manipulations as will induce the activity of those portions that have to do with the eliminations as are exercised through the functioning of the organs of the pelvis. These, as we find, show improvement in their functioning, yet in the changes as have and do come with the corrections these need that stimulation that will aid the system in eliminating without the strain on the pelvic organs themselves. The continuation of the packs, as draw to the surface those of the discharge, and the application of the lights, as will centralize, and, with the manipulations, will produce for the system the healing as is necessary to bring proper or coordinating forces for the body. Beware of strains, especially those that would bring too much pressure on the lower portion of the pelvis, or upon the organs of the false pelvis, such as lifting, pulling, or too much exercise on feet. While necessary for exercise of the moderate nature to keep the proper coordination through the locomotions of the lower system, and of diets - none that stimulate the active forces of the reproductive organs when such manipulations are being given. Ready for questions.
2. (Q) What is the progress of improvement of specific fistula at the present time? (A) As indicated, the application of the heat continues to draw down tissue to where there is the healing from the interior, and not only an anterior process. The application of the light, with the heat, continues to improve same. At least ninety-five percent of the condition has been removed.
3. (Q) What is the best course to pursue as to the repair
219-2 Page 2
of the pelvic flow? (A) That as outlined for the present, for, unless the healing of tissue, as has been disturbed, becomes near normal before any attempt for the correction of those conditions that are broken up by misdirection in adhesions is done, this would so weaken the system as to bring or to produce conditions that would not heal in system. Correct the system so that the coagulations, as will be necessary from breaking up adhesions, will be normal. For the flow from the system, in that of eliminations as come nominally, as present, we find THAT may be done NEARER through the proper manipulation, stimulating those organs as are receiving impulses through the plexus of the lower dorsal and lumbar and sacral region. For, with the blood supply flowing nominally, adhesions may not be as severe as with an over abundant supply of blood to such scar tissue. For scar tissue, in itself, as indicated and seen here, with an over abundance of either arterial or a slow return of the vein circulation, produces within itself those natures of tissue such that it becomes involved in attempting to produce cell reaction in itself [malignancy?]. This is being destroyed through the activity of light to same, and with the stimulation of the system in the proper centers of activity of nerve reflex these are minimized in their reaction. Hence, as we find, STABLE becomes the condition of improvement as has been brought about.
4. (Q) Should this operation be performed immediately? or wait until weather gets cooler? (A) Not so much for weather as the condition of the system! As has been outlined here, for the system must be brought into such condition, so that there is not the stoppage of circulation through tissue involved, as to PRODUCE the same trouble as has CAUSED these overflows or continued soreness.
5. (Q) Outline best course for the body to pursue to be permanently cured and return to normal life. (A) As has been done here! in how these are to be carried out, in the manner of the manipulations for treatments, and for the conditions to be brought about that it may be MADE normal!
6. (Q) Is there any other instruction or advice this body should have at this time to make her life near perfect as nature intended it to be? (A) Overcome these conditions as have been brought about. First be able to meet the needs OF the forces as may be manifest through those portions of the system as in dis-ease - not diseased, but dis-ease at times. Then there may be given that through which and by which the body-physical, the
219-2 Page 3
body-mental, may act in keeping with that outline, or that may be outlined, for the proper, normal, physical, moral, and spiritual development for this body. Do that then, first, as outlined, and we will find this may be brought to a normal condition.
7. (Q) What should she do about the condition of her eyes? Should glasses be changed or discarded? (A) These are reflex at present. Do not worry so much about these at the present time. Make changes of glasses, but with the correction of the flow in and out of reflexes to the nerve system, as is in sympathy with conditions throughout the body - for, as is seen by the body, there are periods when this condition is more severe than others. Not by physical or mental reaction. Rather by the SYMPATHETIC reaction of nerve forces in body. As the corrections are made we will find the condition as hinders the sympathetic and the sensory system becoming nearer and nearer normal.
8. (Q) What should be done with the cervix or the mouth of the uterus? Is there any danger of trouble later in life following the condition that exists at the present time, or should any repair of same be made at the present time? (A) Not at this time, until the CORRECTION of the flow of the circulation to same is in the near normal condition. Then that necessary repair to break up the adhesions may be acted upon or done without any troubles following from same. See? Correcting, then, the conditions as exist as regarding fissure, tissue, involved, and we will find those necessary corrections as will alleviate the strain will be easily made, without any bad results from same. To attempt same until this is accomplished in the system, is taking an awful chance with self.
9. (Q) How much longer will the body have to take treatment before being cured? (A) Dependent upon those conditions as have been given the body as warnings. From three to four weeks should accomplish that as is NECESSARY in the system, so that the CORRECTIONS may be made of PERMANENT nature. Remembering, the body is being so clarified of all of the poisons as have been the result of mis-application of conditions to make corrections in the body, not only of the poisons from system but those poisons as administered to prevent the activity of the nerve forces themselves. THESE are being overcome, as well as those from the system. Hence the warnings as to the activity that would bring about the more full force of poisons from system, as well as those that are produced from the system continuing to drain INTO same such as are now being eliminated.

10. (Q) Any special diet? (A) Those that BUILD for blood, that carry more of the influences of resistive forces, or carbons and irons, with ABUNDANCE of the iodine reaction. Reducing the potashes in system.
11. (Q) Is there any danger of return condition? (A) Always DANGER, until the system is properly corrected for proper eliminations for system. Be patient in well-doing, remembering that the conditions should be so corrected as that there are NORMAL reactions from those conditions now existent.
12. (Q) Is there any change in treatment that should be instituted from that being done at present? (A) The manipulations, as given. These should be for the assistance of eliminations through the pelvic organs, see? The lower dorsal, the lower lumbar, and sacral centers. In stimulating centers from which the activity of the pelvic functionings are taken, there should be taken more into consideration the existent conditions as related to the involved tissue in condition, see? and the manipulation should be such that the ORGANS THEMSELVES, as function, are dependent upon the flow of sympathetic reaction from their own centers, than from that that is active THROUGH the tissue as involved. See? for from the reflexes of the ganglia as govern these organs we find SOME overflow, others are so taut as to prevent the proper impulses. Such as is considered in the character of foods as STIMULATE these organs to nominal or normal functioning is reduced. So the over stimulation to these centers governing same are increased, so that the stimuli comes from the SYSTEM'S functioning, rather than the sympathetics' system. We cut off, then, in the treatment, those of the sympathetic ends, through those ends of sympathetics as begin in the base, and make the NOMINAL flow through the cerebrospinal, and we CHANGE then the result of such eliminations.
