1. EC: We have the body here [219]. This we have had before. Now, we find the general physical conditions still show improvement throughout the system. While there are those specific conditions as show retractions, this condition at the present time should be the greater indication that the conditions as are attempting to be established will be of the permanent nature, when these are fully relieved or the discharges are fully out of the system and the cause of same eliminated. While the condition as comes through the retraction is part due to the overactivity of the body in that there is, or has been, too much of the exercise at improper periods and times, and overtaxing - and this accentuation brings the over amount of retraction in the system. However, we would continue more of the packs, [Castor Oil, Epsom Salts, Oil of Sassafras - 219-1] as has been outlined. While, during such periods and in such warm weather, these become burdensome, yet this is the reaction as is necessary to produce the proper coagulation through the system, opening, as it were, the pores or the cells of that tissue where the conditions have not healed properly. These must react, that the system may, through the replenishing of the system, through the relaxing and the changing of the nerve retraction and reaction, through the changes of the manipulations for the body, will have, the opportunity to build nominally. Then, don't be so hasty next time in the activities.

2. Well, too, were the osteopathic manipulations in the lumbar and sacral - especially to the right side - be made deeper; GENTLY so, but deeper - and before the menstrual period we would use at LEAST two treatments from the sinusoidal ray, or that of that contraction for the system through the false pelvis and pelvis organs as to cause the proper contraction, so that in the natural - or nature's activity, these will assist in relieving pressure through

219-3 Page 2

the system. These should be given at least five days before such periods.

3. The packs [as in 219-1] should be given at least twice each week.

4. Well were the body to use before each period, also, those of the steam or sitz baths from that of hot water - VERY hot - two gallons - and in same place at least half a teaspoonful of Tincture of Myrrh and half a teaspoonful of Tolu in solution. This to steam exposed portions of the system where the troubles have occurred.

5. We will thus find a different reaction through these conditions. These are to meet necessary changes as are taking place in system, as is the vibratory force of the sinusoidal rays. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) How long should the sinusoidal ray be given? (A) The first should not be more than five minutes - not more than five minutes, and should be that with the left and right ovary reaction to the center from the 11th dorsal, see? Divide the time between each. The next treatment - which should be at least two days later, see - this may be given for seven to eight minutes.

7. (Q) To what may be attributed the so-called set-back to this body? (A) This has just been given! Too much activity at the wrong time - coming at the time when retraction was setting in. Too much on feet, see?

8. (Q) Is the body taking too little or too much, or the wrong kind of exercise? (A) Too much exercise at the wrong time. Sufficient exercise should be taken, especially of the upper portion of the body. These should be regular, and should be taken morning and evening - a REGULAR specific exercise; not too much exercise of the lower portion or below the diaphragm, except early of morning and just before retiring - and this should NOT be too severe - until at least proper coagulation is set up in the system.

9. (Q) Is heat fomentation hot enough, and being given long enough? (A) This, as has been given, should be given at least twice each week. Well that these relax the body sufficiently - that is, the heat may be applied in wet packs end reflected heat applied to same.

10. (Q) Are the osteopathic treatments - (A) Just as given, these should be deeper - especially to the right side.

11. (Q) What further recommendations? (A) These have been given for further recommendations - the sinusoidal ray and the stupes, or those of the steams for

219-3 Page 3

the pubes or the portions of body through which these affectations are coming.

12. (Q) By following above directions, how long should it take to receive a discharge from the hospital? (A) Not over two weeks.

13. (Q) What caused the second opening? (A) This that retraction as has JUST been GIVEN!

14. (Q) What causes soreness on the right side of spine through dorsal region? (A) The system attempting to adjust itself to the reactions being created in lumbar and sacral region.

15. (Q) How long at a time should the hot packs be used? (A) Until the system is THOROUGHLY relaxed. As to the amount of heat, this is a criterion - for the relaxing - this can best be judged by the way the system responds. Whether it takes two minutes or two HOURS, RELAX the system!

16. (Q) How long and often should the Violet Ray light be - (A) Doesn't need it, except with that of the packs!

17. (Q) Why hasn't the body responded to treatments? (A) It HAS, as has just been given! Over activity of self at the improper time brings the retractions in more than a severe reaction.

18. (Q) Is the body in shape for pelvic floor repairing? (A) Not as yet.

19. (Q) Which should do this, Dr. Castler or Dr. Dick? (A) Wait until its in shape, and then we may find who! May not be necessary to do it if its in proper shape!

20. (Q) Meaning, if the body responds to the treatments being given properly, this will not be necessary? (A) MAY not be necessary! though the conditions at present indicate that it would, but watch the difference when these are applied with the sinusoidal rays and with the steams, as have been given.

21. That is all the questions.
