Time of Reading 5:30 P. M. ..., Okla. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Now, we find in this body there are conditions that are relative to other conditions that do not disturb, or cause distress, to this body at the present time, but have caused disturbances in the system, and have to do with the functioning of organs and the effect this produces in the system, and the condition as this shows at times, which is at variance with present conditions somewhat.

2. Now these are conditions, when these are taken into consideration, as we find in this body at the present time. First:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find this fairly well balanced, yet carrying those properties that are not eliminated properly in the system. Hence show distress to the functioning of organs, and give some trouble to the cuticle and to the glands that produce mucous, and salivary glands, and all glands that function from the capillary circulation. In the disturbance of blood forces the system shows how this affects the liver and spleen and the lymphatic centers.

4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, the body is very good. At times, when this distress is in the eliminations, headaches ensue through the eyes, back portion of head, and the dull, laggard feeling, bad taste, over-excretions in the mouth. Roof side of mouth shows some disturbance in the glands. This is produced by the nerve reaction, as is given, and will be shown from the function of the organs.

5. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS PROPER, brain forces are very good. One spiritually high-minded. Physically weak in developing much of that condition. One given to do a great deal towards uplift of man, when used properly. NOT ALWAYS DONE. One given to control man through the mental. Not always controlled properly. One given to create a balance, and to find the equalizing forces with masses. NOT ALWAYS USED PROPERLY. Be better physically, mentally, if this were kept in the straight and narrow forces than has been at times. [See Life Rdg. 221-2 on 1/5/24.]

6. The throat, lungs, larynx, from the physical forces, as we see in the body, show this excess of excretions as

eliminated improperly. Lungs very good, though there are times when pains through portions of these give some trouble.

7. Through the heart forces we find above the normal in vibration, yet no organic conditions.

8. Digestive tract, there we find the troubles with the system in the elimination; especially in the lower portion of digestion. That is, the upper intestinal tract, or small intestines.

9. Liver, as we see - one lobe is torpid; tendency towards cirrhosis, though not that condition at present, but rather one that has excess of malarial bacilli exhibited there. Spleen engorged, as is also the pancreas; so there are foods that are not easily digested in in this system, under the conditions. These are spasmodic. Not a continued condition, you see, but one to be warned of.

10. Hepatic circulation cold, then again above normal.

11. Kidneys overactive when the proper diet, or water, is taken; for the system lacks the elimination through this portion, as well as in the liver. Some trouble at times with the bladder, especially in the passing of the secretions from same, though not an organic condition; rather reflex from the over-charges of secretions.

12. R E L I E F - to give the best to this system, for the balance in the body, we would take this, for we will find this will correct these conditions. To one gallon of rain water, we would add: Burdock Root..............2 ounces, Yellow Dock Root..........2 ounces, Sassafras Root............2 ounces, Black Haw Bark............2 ounces, Yellow Root...............2 ounces, Elder Flower..............2 ounces.

13. Reduce by simmering (not boiling) to one quart. STRAIN. While warm, add four ounces of grain alcohol, with three drams of Balsam of Tolu cut in it.

14. The dose would be a dessert spoonful three times each day, half an hour before meals.

15. Let the diet be not too much meats. Little of meats; not more than at one meal and then a small quantity. Preferably, vegetable matter, and not too much starches. Not too much sugars, but rather the forces that would be found in whole wheat, bran, gruel, junket, arrowroot, and such matters. Carrots, beets, celery, asparagus, salsify; such vegetables are better for the body.

16. Do that.

17. By the time the second quantity is taken (of the medicinal properties) the body will find clearer vision, difference in the feeling in the intestinal tract, the digestion, the liver and all portions of the body better able to function in the normal condition.
