Time of Reading 3:35 to 3:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Florida.
1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [228], who is at ..., Florida, and who seeks further information, advice and counsel, as to his mental and material affairs. You will answer the questions which he has submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [228]; this we have had before, also those conditions and circumstances that have disturbed the body.
3. As we find, the conditions and circumstances in the material surroundings have changed considerably since last we had same.
4. While there may be brought, as we find, satisfactory arrangements or agreements with the government agents, there are the necessities of considering the general surroundings - as from those who might feel, through the circumstances, advantage of the situation might be taken; especially as considering the holding of loans in the financial circles.
5. There not having been known all the circumstances surrounding the situation, it would be well that those in the confidence of [228] - and the conditions that are to be met, while not discussed openly - be kept acquainted with all the happenings.
6. The meetings, as we find, with all those interested so far have been quite satisfactory.
7. There needs be only the carrying on, as it were, and these adjustments may be made.
8. And there may be opened those channels through which the operators, or present owners of the stocks, and those interested in furthering same, may yet make of these entanglements those circumstances and conditions that will make for a satisfactory remuneration for all concerned; serving in channels, ways and manners, that will bring a degree of good, satisfaction of a service, as well as those remunerations for [228] and associates.
9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) How should I proceed in working out the affairs of the company? (A) In making those associations and connections, wherein that the products of the company may have an equal show with those channels of outlet for same. And with this there may come that as we have given. All branches in their respective spheres of activity, these should be well chosen - and then those associations and connections made.
11. (Q) Was my activity before the Board of Tax Appeals on April 19th satisfactory? (A) Satisfactory; as also the meeting with the State authorities. Hence the only warning in respect to same is that there is not advantage taken by some parties interested in OBTAINING the whole organization, under the existent conditions - see? With the financiers, or the bankers, as we find, this may be avoided - or through those channels.
12. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " File
