1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [239], present in this room, and the body's associations and relations in every respect. You will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding all phases of this body's life and endeavors.

2. EC: We have the body, the enquiring mind, [239], and those associations and relations of the body. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Is the document given the body by Dr. H. A. Moore to control the operations of the oil finder fair and will its provisions be carried out sincerely? (A) The intent and purport at present is to carry same out. The wording in the document, before there is found gas and oil in present operations, should be changed somewhat in its legal phrasing. Take same, then, to an attorney for such change.

4. (Q) Is the document in its present form a valid and binding contract? (A) Why change it if it was? This is answered!

5. (Q) Are the contracts which the body has entered into with the Tidewater Oil, Gas and Realty Company and Dr. H. A. Moore wise and will the operations result profitably to the body? (A) If these are handled properly, they will result profitably to the body, for we find that these are of the nature that, with the finding of gas and oil in present operations - which they should find, near the depth of thirty-nine hundred (3900) feet, this in paying quantities of oil and gas - would make all holdings to be profitable.

6. (Q) What is the best and most economical method for this body to use in securing oil leases in these counties? (A) This is rather a delicate question in the face of that knowledge just given, and had best be answered by the body [239] himself. Treat those individuals with whom he would deal in the manner he would like to be dealt with under the same circumstances and conditions, and unless this IS DONE don't expect remuneration for the work given out!

7. (Q) Will the body be successful in securing the full quota of acreage desired to be acquired by leases in these counties? (A) Worked properly, it will, with some on the changing in the wording, as has been indicated - as should be done before these operations show profitable returns. Don't let self be over sold in the idea that the other fellow will do as self will be done by. Then have in legal phrasing that condition and position wherein these are in proper shape. See?

8. (Q) At what location on the land leased by this body in Mathews and Gloucester Counties, Va., could a well be drilled to produce oil paying quantities? (A) Why ask this, with the finder?

9. (Q) Will the well now being drilled in Mathews Court House produce oil in paying quantities? (A) As has been given.

10. (Q) At what depth? (A) This has been given!

11. (Q) How should the body manage Haven Beach, at Mathews, Va., to make it a successful bathing resort? (A) This had best be in conjunction with an individual who has made success of such undertakings, rather than attempted alone, or with those with as little experience in such under- takings as the body himself has. While the possibilities are good, yet steps may easily be taken that would involve more - much more than the body could handle, with the other conditions as exist in the affairs of the body. But keep at least fifty percent (50%) of the holdings or stock as may be issued for the development of such an undertaking.

12. (Q) What are the prospects for Eyescopes, Inc.? (A) This product, as is seen in the present conditions, is a sales proposition, and this, with many other of the holdings of the body, should be combined in or under one operative head for the handling or the distribution of such products. That is, these, as seen, have certain royalty and certain patent rights, as do other operatives that the body [239] is interested in. Get these combined under one sales organization, and through same ALL of these may be made REMUNERATIVE to all concerned. But well here may it be given this body, as long as there is held the consciousness of money and money power alone in the forefront of the body's endeavors, these will only be ordinary in returns from same. Have, set, make for self a goal to which the body would work to accomplish a definite thing in this experience, and not be just mediocre in the ideas, or most of all the ideas of that that is attempting to be

239-1 Page 3

accomplished other than just making money. Money takes wings easily. The body MENTALLY, [239], has ABILIITIES - many abilities - many abilities, in that the body may accomplish - may accomplish in most any direction that it desires, but fear so often takes hold, loss of confidence in others so often pushed forward, that the hindrances are ever apparent. Then, in Eyescopes, in those other interests in which the body has interests - combine these - force the combination through, and holdings under one common head, share with others in that in which the entity holds a portion of that as is being accomplished through these, and we will find - with the right intent and purpose - MUCH may be made of these, for they have their place and may be made useful in same. DO that.

13. (Q) What should the body do to protect his investment in Eyescopes, Inc.? (A) As has been given.

14. (Q) What means should the body adopt for disposing of Puttaround stock at a profit? (A) As has been given!

15. (Q) Will the stock be put on the N.Y. Curb Market? When? (A) When put in shape to be done so!

16. (Q) What are the prospects for the body in getting back his investment in Sportigolf? (A) If this is carried in the manner as has been given, we would find MORE than getting back investment!

17. (Q) Will the Preferred Automobile Brokers, Inc., stock be placed on the N.Y. Curb Market? (A) We do not find it so at present. There will be some necessary changes in the manner in which the dividends or the outcome of the income of the corporation is distributed. These are in the hands of efficient ones, but some unscrupulous operators, and this will necessarily mean a change before it would even be eligible for Curb Market.

18. (Q) Will it continue to be as profitable as at present? (A) As just given, they are efficient in their abilities and that to keep dividends coming.

19. (Q) Is it best for the body to hold his Stewart Warner stock or sell it and invest in other stocks? (A) Stewart Warner very good, and will - eighteen months - nineteen months - be much change in the quotation as at present. Hold it for the present.

20. (Q) Would it be wise for the body to continue negotiations regarding St. Augustine Cyclorama? (A) Very well. This may be well accomplished by the body, but would be well for many of the other interests of the body to be put in such a shape or condition that it will not

239-1 Page 4

require too much of the time of the body to attend to the supervision of such an undertaking as is desired, and as the body has in mind. Though the body capable, as is given, to carry this out. There are, as seen, two ideas in the mind of the body [239], while another entirely in the mind of some of those whom the body would associate with in such an undertaking. Let the mental abilities of the body stand for that it would accomplish in this direction! Don't invest personal moneys. Not that these are not to be paying propositions, for they will - with the carrying out of these, for the investments should not be more than eight to ten thousand in the one, twelve to fourteen in the other, with that of a return of at least seven percent on the moneys invested for more than twenty-three years.

21. (Q) What would be a fair price for a work of this character? (A) As is given!

22. (Q) Is the body capable - (A) That's just given!

23. (Q) Has the body sufficient ability as a playwright to justify further effort in that direction? (A) Not at present. These may be accomplished a little later, but at present we would carry to a more successful termination some of the interests already in hand. These, then, may be approached - a little bit later.

24. (Q) Would it be wise, and best for wife's, [241]'s, happiness, to obtain a small home in Mathews County, Va.? and have the body's nephew and wife take care of it? (A) Not until there are different conditions in the life of the body and in the surroundings. Then it may be well.

25. (Q) Would it be well for the body to have his brother and family move to Mathews County and be associated with him in Haven Beach Venture? (A) Best to handle this in the way as has been outlined - though these may be of help and assistance when these developments are farther along in operation.

26. (Q) Please advise the body as to how he may best gain control of himself and utilize his abilities to best advantage. (A) Depend more upon the intuitive forces from within and not harken so much to that of outside influences - but learn to listen to that still small voice from within, remembering as the lesson as was given, not in the storm, the lightning, nor in any of the loud noises as are made to attract man, but rather in the still small voice from within does the impelling influence come to life in an individual that gives for that which must be the basis of human endeavor; for without the ability to constantly hold before self the ideal as is attempted to be accomplished, man becomes one as

adrift, pulled hither and yon by the various calls and cries of those who would give of this world's pleasure in fame, fortune, or what not. Let these be the outcome of a life spent in listening to the divine from within, and not the purpose of the life. We are through. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file " " Datastician
