Time of Reading 12:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ky.

1. GC: You will have before you Miss [243] of ..., Ky., and her business, the business of The [243] Millinery Co., in ... Bldg., ..., Ky., first floor, and her duties to same, also her housekeeping and responsibilities with her mother to wait on and to look after. You will view the entire business and responsibilities and advise her what is best for her to do under the present conditions and circumstances.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, and those associations with the [243] Millinery Company, also those responsibilities with same, and responsibilities as respecting the household, the care and attention of same, with the care and attention of the mother.

3. In considering, then, the situation and the conditions as surround the circumstances of the association, the duties in each, and with each, we find there are many various conditions and things to be considered.

4. In the business way and manner, there are unsatisfactory conditions in many respects, yet under the circumstances it becomes necessary for the body to carry on, or to conduct same in the best way and manner possible, in the light of circumstances, conditions, and surroundings. There must also be considered with same the heavy responsibilities as draw on the financial, as well as the physical conditions of the body, from the household, and the responsibility of the care of the mother.

5. In the business relations, these we would find would be the better manner in which to conduct same:

6. There are many of those who owe the company who may pay SOMETHING on that due.

7. There are those associated with the company who will, and may, assume even greater responsibilities at the present time, when so much is needed for the entity to conduct the business and household. These should be placed in their respective ways end manner by the concerted action of all those who are associated with same. Taking, then as this:

8. Have the meeting of all. As the head of same, state

conditions in the way and manner as is seen, asking, seeking, that all cooperate with same and collect that as is due as much as possible, going to those who have already extended courtesies in the business way, stating the conditions, and the condition will be found to improve, with the stating of same, and the cooperation of all to assist under the stress of existing conditions - for soon there will come the time when all these conditions will be changed, by circumstances as will arise in the life of many thus associated, and the condition needs, then, the cooperation only of all concerned to meet the needs of the conditions at the present time.

9. Do it in that way and manner, for the household duties being heavy, the required time of the body is as necessary to the household as to the business. Do not assume so much responsibility that the real worth of those associated is hindered, rather than assisted.

10. We are through with this reading.
