1. EC: Yes (in the inner room), we have the body here; this we have had before. Improvements in part; in others still weakness and anxiety.

2. It is more ANXIETY that keeps the body on the anxious seat, and prevents the better conditions carrying on, than otherwise - as we find.

3. We would keep the manipulative forces for stimulating the body, at LEAST once each week. Or every third week have two, and the the rest of the time one each week. Keep this up for a month or six weeks longer. Then we may be able to leave these off, provided the body is able to rest more in the open air.

4. Leave off some of the character of drinks that are hard upon the system, and use in their places the Malted Milk.

5. And at times - we would have a period of two, three, four days at a time when before each meal we would take a cake of Yeast. And do this - but don't do it one morning and leave it off the next morning, and do it one morning and for lunch and then leave it off for dinner, and then maybe tomorrow forget it once or another day do it twice! Do it REGULARLY for three, four, five days! Then leave it off altogether for three or four days. Then take it regularly again.

6. But Malted Milk with egg would be MOST helpful. Malted Milk with beer, of EVENING, will be helpful. But THIS ONLY, though (the beer), during the days when the Yeast is NOT being taken, see? for it is the hops that makes for a change in the katabolism in the assimilating and digestive system.

7. Do these, as we find, with the general outlines that have been indicated, will be the most helpful for this body in the present.

9. (Q) Does it hurt me to use sugar in my coffee? (A) Sugar is not near so harmful as cream. May use sugar
