1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [243]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, there are rather those tendencies towards acute conditions, which might become chronic - if there is not the relief, and the bringing about of better activities for the body.
4. These we would use, then, in the present:
5. First, we would obtain some good, clean watermelon seed. For each preparation, pour a pint of boiling water over an ounce of the seed that have been crushed or ground - or they may be put in a cloth, see, and the boiling water poured on same. Do not attempt to boil, but let it set and steep as tea, or at least until it is cool enough to drink. Drink at least two ounces of this each day. Keep on ice that quantity not used; only making a pint at the time, see?
6. Also, about three times a week, take about a jigger of Gin made from the Juniper Berries; Juniper Berry Gin, you see, or Sloe Gin. Because it makes you feel better, don't take it oftener than this!
7. Have at least half a dozen osteopathic adjustments, with special reference to adjustments in the lumbar axis and throughout the sacral area; coordinating, of course, the upper cervical and dorsal area with the adjustments made. But make the adjustments in the lumbar AND throughout the sacral area BEFORE making those in the cervicals and upper dorsals, see?
8. When there is pain, apply Turpentine Stupes over the pubic bone area. This will relieve those tendencies for the stricture in the clitoris, and remove the disturbance there; easing the pain when activity of the bladder is desirable. There should be at least four or five thicknesses of cotton flannel dipped in water in which turpentine has been put;

the proportions being a teaspoonful of turpentine in an ounce or two ounces, or three to four ounces, of hot water. Wring out cloths in this and apply low down over the pubic center.
9. Keep the diet away from sweets.
10. Keep the conditions as have been indicated, for this pressure is caused partially from some corrections made in the feet, that are now making pressures on the lumbar centers. These have been very good in one respect and cause trouble in another.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Why the terrible soreness in sides at times when I straighten up? (A) This is a catch, or a stitch, and is from the poisons in the system. Thus the eliminations, and thus the activities as indicated. Keep up the tea for at least ten days or two weeks before quitting, see? and the Gin the same way or manner. The stupes - whenever there is pain.
13. (Q) Why the terrible odor at times from kidney drainage? (A) As indicated, from the lack of activity, see?
14. Do these as suggested, for the better conditions.
