1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [255] - this we have had before. Now, we find the general conditions are very good. While there are conditions as disturb the body, these - as we find - have more to do with the mental attitude than with physical conditions. If those conditions as have been outlined will be kept near in accord with the changes as come about in the physical forces, we find conditions will keep on the improve. Ready for questions.
2. (Q) What is saccharin? Its effect on body, and if not good give directions to counteract it. (A) This should be good for the body, for it supplies more of the carbons in the system, and is the active principle of sweet that forms the basis of the active forces in the gastric juices, as termed, for those of proper fermentation in the system, and it is better than those that come of cane, corn, or of others, save the conditions wherein the sweets from BEET are better than saccharin.
3. (Q) Specify foods containing iron. (A) These may be had from any of those classifications as make for such. These are they, as we find, as would respond with this body: Those of spinach, of cabbage, of turnips, of salsify, of radish, and of such natures. These add to the system. In the fruits, and for THIS body - well that pears be eaten. These add a characterization in iron that is well for any condition where there is improper fermentation. Some character of apples, those of lemons, those of oranges - ESPECIALLY those grown in certain localities. Those as found in Florida oranges carry more iron than those grown in California, while those of the southern states, or in the Rio Grande valley, carry more than those even in Florida.
4. (Q) Specify foods containing phosphorus? (A) The yolk of egg, none of the white. Those in carrots, celery, turnips, ALL carry a form of phosphorus that are

additions, and solubles to the system. Milk also, if warm with the animal heat. That which has been pasteurized does not carry same.
5. (Q) Those containing silicon. (A) These are found in beets, carrots, spinach. In such these may be found.
6. (Q) What is a nerve building diet? (A) Those of the celery, radish, those of the GREEN vegetables, in tomatoes. Those of the active forces in these are the nerve building, with those of the JUICES - but not the flesh - of animal.
7. That is all the questions regarding this body.
8. We are through with this reading.
9. [EC continuing] In the characterization of conditions as respecting the various activities of vegetable, fruit and nuts with this body, be MINDFUL that the combinations are such that there is NOT an improper fermentation carried on, for in fermentation in the duodenum there is the necessary creation of alcohol. This necessary for the assimilation in the system. Do not combine, then, those of the natures that bring for the IMPROPER relationships of carbohydrates or those that release oxygen, at the same time when there is the releasing of too much carbon in the system. This makes for that irritation when the mucus membranes appear as inflamed, or the same characterization in system of an over sympathetic activity coming to system, see? So, when BALANCING the diet, do not combine them. Make them as of a rotation. Fruits, then, for the breakfast. Those of the iron in the lunch. Those of the silicon, and those that act WITH the phosphorus, for the activity of the glands in system, in evening. THESE will rest the body. And keep the mind balanced, as to what each is to do! Expect something, and something will happen! Do not expect anything and most anything MAY happen!
