1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [255] - this we have had before. In many ways we find the general physical conditions are very good. There are rather those tendencies in the present, that with proper precautions some unpleasant experiences in the physical sense may be warned of, and taking measures to eliminate these tendencies physically may prevent these arising to give the distress.
2. In the activities of the organs as relate to assimilations, do we find these tendencies; for there is a tendency of the excretory functioning of the liver to be sluggish, and this makes for those conditions in system where the digestion becomes too slow in its activity. Not an even balance in the gastric juices in the functioning from liver and spleen to digest food without some unpleasantness at times. This produces, then, that tendency at times - of mornings, or a few hours after the meals - of little aggravating headaches; not as a headache but a dullness, lack of alertness as would be a normal activity of the body. This only a tendency, and often wears away without any particular discomfiture to the body; at other times, as it WEARS away, a tendency for heaviness in feet, and in portions of body an itching - as irritations on body, neck or hands, even lower limbs at times.
3. These, we would find, would be much relieved were there that ACTIVITY of the liver through the excretory system - that is, the bile or gall ducts functioning the more normal. These do not respond properly by the addition of external things, or drugs, that make for this secretion; for they tend (such activities) to either OVER stimulate the ducts and then LEAVE the system in a lethargic state, or they produce irritations and necessary sedimentations by accumulations of such forces as may crystallize, and such results are either a regurgitation in stomach proper, and nausea, or gases and discomfitures in colon, or the alimentary canal in some portions. Hence to stimulate the nerves of this portion of the system, either by draining of

same or stimulating the nerve centers for their activity to produce the SYSTEM'S reaction to same, would be much more satisfactory. This we would have done either by an emptying, or partial emptying of gall duct, osteopathically, and a stimulation to same from the centers in the cerebrospinal system, using the rest of the system as activities for their functioning; being mindful that the diet is in accord with those that make for the proper balance of blood PLASM that makes for resuscitation of vitality AND vigor for the body: These as an outline in the diet, though these may be altered in much the manner as has been given for the body - as it is a very good dietician for itself!
4. Mornings - rather citrous fruits, or a COMBINATION of citrous fruits, and stewed fruits, or changed at times to rice cakes or barley cakes, or the like - with honey, but only honey in the honeycomb, or comb with same - see? This is much better than that which is slung, or strained, or manufactured otherwise than by nature's manners.
5. Noons - rather the full green vegetable salad, with or WITHOUT the dressings - alternate at times to suit the taste, or there may be made a dressing of lemon juice with paprika, or such, that makes for a stimuli to the glands or ducts of the DIGESTIVE glands of the system, particularly those of the lacteals, that the gastric juices with the stimuli to the system may not be OVER burdening, but keeping an even balance in same. Keep the mental attitudes properly in their seasons, especially when supplying food for the resuscitating of the system, and SEEING - as it is taken - that as IS to be accomplished BY that taken, KNOWING what each property is to supply to the system, and see it being accomplished.
6. Evenings - this may be the heavier of the meals, and include COOKED vegetables - a combination of same. Those of the sea foods may be taken occasionally. Well that those that are nerve and blood building be included. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) Would it benefit body to have gall bladder washed out by Dr. Gena Crews? (A) Better that it be EMPTIED, than WASHED out! Irritating, under the existent conditions, to be WASHED - but it may be drained, or stimulated, to the benefit of the body.
8. (Q) What is condition of coccyx, and does it need more treatment? (A) With the treatments as would be accorded to the system as a GENERAL treatment, with these that would be for the SPECIFIC conditions, should be sufficient in the present.

9. (Q) Do any teeth need attention? (A) These are very good, as we find in the present.
10. (Q) Should hair be dry cleaned or washed? (A) Washed, as we would find, would be preferable.
11. (Q) Give tonic and treatment to improve the hair. (A) Using such an one, for THIS particular condition, as a tonic, would be that known as the QUININE tonic. As for wash, preferably this would be done with those OILS - rather than acids or alkalins. Such as an olive oil shampoo, using as the cleanser for same that of the PURE castile soap, or castile with a little tar soap in same. Be sure that this is RINSED well from hair and scalp. Then apply a small quantity of the quinine tonic.
12. (Q) With what cream could body best improve the skin of her face? (A) Using a soap that will cleanse the pores thoroughly without IRRITATING same, or tending to make the pores enlarged. Such, as WE would find, as is being made, or that MAY be made, by the use of sour milk and MEAL corn meal! This not RUBBED, but rather applied as a heavy paste, and when DRIED washed off with lukewarm water. Then apply a cream of good quality, as Elcaya - or those of the Black & White compounds. These are as free from IRRITANTS as is being made in the present.
13. (Q) Would facial massage be good, and how should it be done? (A) Facial massages are very good, if they are done properly. The BEST is with that of the MUD bath, or those applications that will CLEANSE same - in the MUDS, see? [Boncilla Clay Packs?]
14. (Q) Is body massage which body is now having of benefit? (A) Excellent! Good for body; keeps the superficial activities of the circulation well! and with the correction internally, as is being made externally, the body should almost revive itself as to NEWNESS of its whole activity!
15. That is all the questions regarding this body.
