1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [256].
2. Now, as we find, the general conditions of the body are very good. If there are precautions taken respecting the resuscitating forces of the body, so that in the general rebuilding - as recuperations are taking place in the system - the whole general body is taken into consideration, we will find the body should be and should keep VERY well - and near normal in its functioning.
3. As we find, these conditions exist:
4. In the BLOOD supply there are tendencies of an abundant white blood supply, to meet the needs of the system in producing the proper coagulations in the body, so that there is an excess of the urea and the effluvia of the blood itself. This, then, should be kept in a normal manner, so that there are the tendencies for the body to resuscitate normally. If this is allowed to become excessive, we have either a form of anemia or the body at once begins to put on excess flesh or fat - and there becomes then more tendency toward stoutness than is at times good for a body, in this particular period of the experience for THIS body.
5. In the balancing of these, we will find that the exercise and the character of the diet will have much to do with this.
6. Also in this same respect, if there were the reduction of the excess leukocyte or white blood - which carries the leukocyte and the effluvia for the coagulative forces - this would make a pressure either in the heart's action or produce an excess in the area of the caecum, where the operative forces have acted upon the body, and produce such a large AMOUNT of these secretions through the system as to make for the tendency of dilations in this particular portion of the body, or become obese through the trunk portion more than a general distributing over the system.
7. In the NERVE systems - these have been allayed, and there
256-3 Page 2
have been the proper coordinating forces of arousing all centers to their normalcy. Under such conditions, these are well - and are to be kept in rather that condition; for there have been some excellent measures taken in the operative forces that were had in relation to the physical forces of the body, and as to the proper precautions. As we would say, this a BEAUTIFUL job!
8. In the physical functionings of the ORGANS of the body, as related to those conditions that are being produced:
9. In the activities of the sympathetic system, we will find there will be a tendency for a time of their inactivity, so as to make for the appearance of not as quick in the response to those things that are to react from without and within upon the mental forces of the body. This is a normal reaction from the conditions that have existed. Hence again the activities and the diet will have much to do with the equilibrium being established between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal, in its reflexes or reactions throughout the system. Also we will find that these have produced a greater extent in the extenuation and accentuation of those reactions in the body for the activity of the psychic forces that may manifest in the body. Then, take advantage of these, cultivating these in their regeneration to their relations to the physical and mental forces of the body, so that the reactions are then for the upbuilding and replenishing for the whole system.
10. The heart's action has become normal.
11. The respiratory system is well.
12. The digestive system is fair, and these will be kept - if the proper diet and proper precautions are taken as for the eliminations of the system.
13. In the hepatic circulation, and the activities of the digestive system as related to the eliminations, these are where the greater precautions should be taken.
14. For some periods there should be worn rather a support for the whole abdominal region. Not such as to produce pressure, as to make for an abnormal position of the digestive and eliminating system, but rather an abdominal support. These are well, and the better may be had by the use of an elastic with the regular use of the bandages for the body. These are well.
15. In the matter of diet, then, and the activities of the system:
16. Plenty of exercise of all natures may be taken provided these are of such nature that there are no strains in lifting, or pushing, or any nature of that kind that tends to pull heavily upon the abdominal walls - so that there is
256-3 Page 3
a misplacement, or that the tissue which is necessarily being absorbed through the system is disturbed - where the cohesions and the activities of the system as related to the using up of those forces where coagulation has taken place, and where scar tissue naturally exists. This kept as near normal as possible, to be sure, is the better activity of the body, so that there are not formed adhesions or lesions in any portion of the system.
17. Also the alimentary canal should be kept rather clear. Not by the use of purgatives, but rather those that will produce proper assimilations through the system. We would keep those eliminants that make for elasticity and activity of the intestinal tract itself, as related to the membranous activities of the lymph circulation. Added to those being used, at least for two days each week take all the olive oil that may be assimilated; for this is WELL with the activities of the intestinal system, and will be found most beneficial. One of these days that this is taken, it would be well that it be mixed with wine when taken - but do not take other stimuli into the system to excess while those forces are producing the proper coordinating in the assimilating forces of the body, for these would tend to weaken the activities of the gastric juices of the assimilating system and make for a tendency of scar tissue to become more in the nature of tautness, so that these would make for adhesions that would finally become lesions and very detrimental to the body.
18. In the food values, then, keep a well balanced diet that is nerve and blood building, and body building, but not those that would make for too great an excess of those forces that make for an excess of flesh. Leave off some of the starches. Keep the proteins. Keep a well balance for all those foods that carry a well balancing of all food values, or those that make for the activities that produce the vitamins, or vitalities, or vitale, for the various functioning organs. Keep an even balance in the acidity and alkalinity of the body. It would be well were these tested occasionally, both from the spittle and from the urine, so that these show as to whether they are kept near to a normal neutrality in the system.
19. We will find that we will make for the conditions of the greater physical, mental and spiritual developments for the body.
20. Ready for the questions.
21. (Q) Is the tired feeling common to the entity caused by failure to relax or being too tense? (A) This is the natural reaction from the conditions that
256-3 Page 4
have existed in the system from poisons; and now, as the body finds itself able to relax at times, the tautness produces a general debilitation, or the laxness, or inability for the tautness to be brought normally through the system. We run to extremes!
22. (Q) What thought should the entity keep in mind in going to sleep in order to get the most benefit from sleep? (A) That the body-mind will be subjugated to the activities of the spiritual and mental forces in such a way to bring about the better normal functioning of the physical, the mental, the spiritual forces of the body.
23. (Q) Should the entity continue the use of the Russian Oil, and if so for how long? (A) Continue to use. This as given was an addition to that. Do not use it on the days the olive oil is given, but keep it up until the system is fully recovered from those necessary eliminations or poisons that come from coagulation of an extensive nature in the system.
24. (Q) How active in exercise can the entity be while at the beach? (A) Any amount of exercise, provided it is not straining to the abdominal regions - as in heavy lifting or pulling. Not an EXCESSIVE amount of walking, but walking is one of the very best exercises. When this is done, keep the support - at least for three to six weeks longer.
25. (Q) Will the physical condition be satisfactory to return to work when school opens? (A) It should be, if these are adhered to during the interim.
26. (Q) What and how much exercise can the entity take during the coming winter? (A) As given, this may be kept nominal. Take a normal amount of exercise, but do not strain the body - as in lifting weights above the head, or too much of the bearing down as from lifting heavy weights or of such nature. Any amount of exercise in other directions, just so the body is not tired out too much, is well for the body - all NATURES of exercise.
27. (Q) How may the excessive blood pressure and heart action be remedied? (A) This is a normal condition under the conditions that have existed, and in the recuperative periods. It is not excessive, if the normalcy is brought about by the careful consideration of the diet and the activities. This is a normal condition from that through which the physical forces have gone, or have experienced.
28. (Q) What doctor in Boston should be consulted by the
256-3 Page 5
entity to obtain sympathetic understanding? (A) These may be found in many of the profession; especially in the homeopathic.
29. (Q) Will you give the name of a homeopathic physician in Boston? (A) You will find many of them. Choose one for the self.
30. (Q) Any other advice for the entity at this time? (A) Keep normal in the mental and the physical activities, and we will find normalcy returning to the body; for that as we sow, that we reap!
