1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, we find conditions have changed a great deal in this body since last we had it here. The most have been for the detriment rather than the betterment of the physical forces for the body. When the mental attitude towards the own physical body is taken into consideration - from that viewpoint as we say, you see, from the physical viewpoint of the body, they are not as well as when we had them before, for the exercise for the body and the diet for the body have not been followed in the channel as was outlined for the body at that time and must be adhered to if the body would receive the better physical benefits for itself.
2. We find through the digestive tract and through the upper portion of the intestinal digestion, those that are producing at the present time the inflammation to the mucous coating of the intestine itself, so the high state of the excretions being thrown into the system and the strain as produced to the body and the reaction are producing the headaches from which the body is at present suffering. Stimulation and non-activity through exercise we find giving the leaden weight, as it were, to the body, with outside influence, producing the condition as we have given here.
3. This, we see, gives then the dull activity of the spleen itself, a slowing of the active forces in the brain itself proper, so the thought or the mind of the body is not as active as it should be with the mental and spiritual capacity of the individual. Physical condition producing same, see?
4. The mental strain of the whole body has been depressing and has affected, of course, the digestive forces of which the body has been warned; and for the best for the body, the body should take itself well in hand and study to show itself approved unto its Maker, one not ashamed but rightly dividing the words of truth and keeping its body unspotted from the world. [Jas. 1:27]
5. Do that.
6. We are through.
