1. GC: You will give the full and complete conditions of the body at the present time, with suggestions for improvement, and you will answer all questions I might ask you regarding this body.
2. EC: Now, we find the general conditions in this body are much better than that as we have had here before, and the greater trouble now is in that condition wherein the body, with care and attention, and with the care of self and using discretion, may adjust itself so that these troubles would be thrown off and the body come nearer to the normal.
3. There should be at least one, two - maybe three more of the adjustments, under the present condition, that we would relieve the tension in the system in those portions where the distress has been caused in the system. This we find would be necessary to relieve strain, that we might reduce the cough that is caused in system by this deflected circulation and by the congestion as is being eliminated in the system. These we find (the adjustments) would assist the body now (with the relieved taxation as has been given) by rest; yet the body must be careful and not overtax the system by long hours, or by too much mental strain to break down those conditions that are now being improved in the system.
4. Be well were the body to take a preparation as prepared in this manner, for the cold, congestion and to strengthen the tissue in bronchial, lung, and stimulate the excretory system through the digestion and eliminating organism.
5. To 8 ounces of distilled water, add four ounces Wild Cherry Bark. Reduce by simmering (not boiling) to six ounces. Strain and add grain or white cane sugar (first dissolved in one ounce of warm water) 1 ounce. Balsam of Peru................1/4 ounce, Rock Candy....................1/4 ounce, Syrup Sarsaparilla.............30 minims, Peppermint (Essence of).........1 minim, Gordon Gin......................4 ounces.

The dose of this would be teaspoonful 3 times each day. Shake solution well together before taking.
6. The diet should be kept much in the manner as has been adhered to, keeping away, however, from too much sweets, too much acids. More a well balanced condition for the body. No highly seasoned foods. Thus the body will find we will, with care and discretion, keep nearer the normal conditions.
7. Do that.
8. (Q) Has he followed the suggestions as has been given? (A) Not in the entirety, else there would be no necessity for at least two more adjustments.
9. (Q) Where should these adjustments be made? (A) In those regions where the first were given, for this we find needs that stimulation as was given. Do that.
10. (Q) Has the body rested enough? (A) Had all of treatments and other suggestions been given, yes, but not begin to overtax the system immediately because it's rested a little while.
11. (Q) What should the body do to prevent embarrassment to physical, which was mentioned in last reading? [In re pelvic organs.] (A) Do as has been given here. Follow those suggestions, with the care and attention that one of good common judgement would.
12. (Q) Is it possible to make the hair on the head to return in full growth? (A) All that is necessary, as has been given; using with the attention, the persistence, the manner as given. Not do it a little while and then stop, then go to someone else and "What would you suggest?" Do as given.
13. (Q) What exercise should the body take? (A) Well that it should have the regular exercise night and morning. Of morning the exercise for the upper portion of body. Of evening, before retiring, exercise from the waist down, such as was used in setting up exercises of army. Persistence. Yet with the care and with the attention, as has been outlined, equalizing circulation; remembering as of this: In the actions of the physical body, the blood forces are carried to head in the day exercise, and must be equalized over the system by exercise in evening, would the body gain from physical rest that necessary to keep the body in perfect equilibrium. To rest in the evening, the body MUST have that exercise. Only a few minutes, of course, necessary, morning and evening, that would equalize the circulation, ready for the work of the day. Just plain common sense with thought applied to same.
14. (Q) Is there any advice you have to offer this body

relative to his business during this year? (A) This, as we find, has been outlined for this body. Do that.
15. We are through with this reading.
