1. GC: You will have before you the body of [257], present in this room. You will give him advice on his mental, personal and business affairs, with reference to real estate holdings in ..., Ky., and his association and successful work with the Federal Furniture Factories, located at 206 Lexington Avenue, N.Y. City, and with the individuals Irving H. Isaacs and Ben Lauterstein, proprietors of the firm. You will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding same.
2. EC: We have the body, the enquiring mind, and those associations that surround the individual as respecting the mental, the spiritual, physical and financial conditions of the body. These - and in many ways - we have had here before.
3. Many changes have arisen in the mental, physical, spiritual and financial abilities of the body in the various surroundings from that as we have had here before. More and more has the individual entity grown in that of the understanding through association, through application, and through the various relations as the body physically and mentally has contacted and gained from same through the various forms of application those experiences wherein the entity in its entirety has gained thereby in accordance to the application made of that as toward the ideal of the entity.
4. In the surroundings of the mental forces with the helpmeet, [903], this has given the body, physically, and mentally, that stimulus as has often been given [See 257-15] would prove beneficial in the life of the entity. In gaining those experiences then in this association, apply same in that way and manner that the union may bring that of the mental expansion in the way of applying same in the physical and material way that will make the entity that well-rounded individual, well-grounded being, that may give - through the application of truths attained, truths applied - the better understanding; for in service to others is the

highest service to those creative forces for which each entity passes as in review, or in the experience of the earth's sojourn. Ready for questions.
5. (Q) Should body sell homestead at ..., Lexington, Ky? (A) We see there will be in the November coming that opportunity to dispose of same in a way that would be beneficial to all concerned, coming through one of those channels that have already been set in motion respecting same. Well that this be disposed of, then, at that time. Do that.
6. (Q) Body has applied, through the forces ADVISED, regular channels - now what should he do to consummate the actual sale of the property? (A) Just as given - though one of these channels will come that opportunity. Wait on the Lord.
7. (Q) Should he go to Kentucky, and when? (A) When offer is made.
8. (Q) Reference to association with Federal Furniture Factories, will the consolidation as prophesied by the Forces occur in October? and what changes will or have come with the firm and the association of this body? (A) These associations have been made more secure in many ways. The consummation may not be completed within the present month. That full necessary for the change and consummation will be in the present month. The changes would come about near the time of the opening of the spring mart, or market - coming then in February or March, see?
9. (Q) Why is it firm does not make full settlement with body on past due commissions? (A) Being held in abeyance by those associated with same in regard the position as a member of said consolidation, and this felt by these as necessary for the holding of individual for such association.
10. (Q) Should he press settlement with the firm? and what should he say to them? (A) Depending upon the intentions and desires of the body as respecting such an association. Should the body desire to be recognized as the member of said firm through these consolidations, do not press same. Should the body desire to cast the lot or take some of those offers as may be made to the body in changes that may be brought about, then press same.
11. (Q) Will there be a consolidation of Federal with another manufacturer, or would it be a banking proposition? (A) Both.
12. (Q) Would it be advisable for Federal to consolidate with another institution - that is, a selling organization -

to hospitals and schools and other contract work? (A) Very well.
13. (Q) Has [257] carried out the advice given him during the past year? (A) Very good.
14. (Q) What are his shortcomings, and how can he correct these conditions to become the successful man that he desires? (A) Apply those truths as are coming to the entity from time to time, especially through those relations as have been outlined for the body. Keep self in the way and manner that there may be no harking back to condemnation in self towards individuals, groups, or towards self.
15. (Q) How can [257] further improve his ability as a sales manager of the Federal Furniture Factories? (A) Applying self only in those directions as have been outlined and as has been kept before the body from time to time. Keep thy paths STRAIGHT. Make thine peace with thine own self a respecting the Lord, thy God, and all these things shall be added unto thee. This is the law, this is the gospel, and is binding to the sons of Israel to-day as in that day first commanded to be put upon the lintels and the doors of the home that all who entered there may know that He is the Lord. Not position, not power, not prestige, not money - but the Lord, He is God, and in the knowledge those things necessary for the full development of self come with same, for these are only those of the PORTIONS, or necessary qualifications, that one may know that the individual is One with that Holy One.
16. (Q) Will [257] be successful with Radio contracts now being constructed at Asheville, N.C.? (A) Very successful.
17. (Q) Should he be warned in reference to this contract in any way? (A) Not from present surroundings and conditions, no.
18. (Q) Are Mr. [257] and his wife [903] planning their home properly? in New York? [See 257-15.] (A) Keep in those ways as have been set before thee. Keep thine eyes open and thine feet on the ground. Love the Lord thy God and in Him find grace and peace.
