1. GC: You will have before you [257], of ... St., Apt. 14-W, N.Y. City, and Edwin Grove, Lande, Ellery Mann of Zonite, McRoberts, and general conditions of Zonite deal. You will answer the questions I will ask you regarding same.
2. (Q) EC: Yes, we have those conditions as surround Paris Medicine, Zonite, and those relations individuals have respecting same. These we have had before. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) Grove and Lande agreed on a deferment without prejudice of the contract for sixty to ninety days. Is that the best and proper procedure for all concerned? (A) If it's agreed upon, why ask? There must at LEAST be conformity to principles that HAVE, at least, SOME semblance of trying to be right! When these are agreed upon, why ask?
4. (Q) Will [257]'s situation be hurt? (A) As has been given, these have been attempted to be forestalled by [257]. As has been given, there is the way and manner that this may be handled properly. That has been given again and again. Either DO that or FORGET it! In forestalling, these have in some manners broken some of the finer feelings in the present arrangements of deferment. These have relied more on the abilities of [257] and [257]'s representatives, and those [257] represents from each side. Then why SHOULD it be felt that it will? and thinking they are trying to, and then trying to act like you think they are nice men, won't get very far - either be one way or another!
5. (Q) What statements should Lande make at the meeting today? (A) Dependent upon whether these are as - representations of the Zonite or of the Paris Medicine. Most statements should be made, under the circumstance, by Grove or Grove's representative.
6. (Q) Should Lande write any letters to either Zonite or Grove? (A) Not until after the meeting. That confirmation - or let these be made IN an agreement and written.
7. (Q) What should [257] do during next sixty or ninety

days as to the final consummation of deal? (A) Wait!
8. (Q) Should [257] go on record in any way for future protection? (A) This has been given again and again. That that seems best, that DO. We are through.
