1. GC: You will have before you [257], present in this room, and his various business associations and associates. For his guidance and development, to make him the well-rounded success, mental, physical and financial, you will answer the questions I will ask you regarding same.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [257] - this we have had before. There are changes in some of the associations, the relations and conditions, as HAVE surrounded the body, physically and financially.

3. In the first considerations, the body should be mindful of the physical forces of the body, that the body may keep a well-rounded, even balance. Do not allow anxiety, nor those conditions that bring success or distraughtness, to force the physical activities to such an extent as to BRING an UNBALANCED condition in the physical system; for, a body (physical) to function under stress is to break down either the mental or the physical RESULT; for upon the mental is builded that which makes for success, either in development of one's own soul forces or for that which manifests in the personality as the material things of this earth's experience.

4. In the physical conditions, these are much bettered in many ways than we have had in some of the experiences; yet these should be not OVER stressed, nor forgotten - that the body - mental should take time to make diversification of thought in MANY channels; not all business nor all play, but be rather one capable - by experience - to be conversant with things pertaining to all phases of experience; for remember, whether SELF holds a hobby or not, most of those whom the entity contacts do! To be interesting in or TO an individual, is to be interested in SOMETHING pertaining to their hobby, their individuality, their manifested personality. To interest one wholly in self is to defeat MANY of self's own purposes. Be able to meet every individual on his own ground, and in THIS manner the body

will find that even physical rest is often attained by the change, or trend of thought. Ready for questions.

5. (Q) Please advise progress by General McRoberts in the Paris Medicine-Zonite deal. (A) As we find, these conditions are being carefully considered by all concerned, especially from Zonite's standpoint. There is the attitude from the Paris Medicine standpoint of a watchful waiting, without any SERIOUS consideration of outside influences changing the status of conditions at the present. We find that, then, in the course of the regular routine - which may not be hastened by over anxiety, nor should there BE that of the LACK of consideration or thought as regarding same, but the consummation should take place within sixty to ninety days.

6. (Q) Has [257]'s approach to the General been in line with Forces' advice? (A) Very good. Excellent.

7. (Q) What should [257] next do to further the final sale and closing of the deal? (A) This will be a proposition, or a consideration through General McRoberts. Wait on that approach.

8. (Q) Please advise entity as to how to proceed with conduct of the Orsenigo Company, 383 Madison Avenue, Factory Long Island near 59th Bridge, in which he now has an interest, to make it a success? (A) In the general status of conditions as exist at the present, those plans and operations as are at PRESENT laid out are most satisfactory. While these conditions are under the general depressions, not as of the nature as to be spectacular in its result at present. With the APPLICATION, however, of the policies now being handed out, the results are evident. Then, just keep to that for the present. As conditions change, which will be found especially in the coming Spring season, do not consider too great an expansion, nor yet too much curtailment in the lines of the GENERAL expansion, see? In this will the real success lie.

9. (Q) Should any changes be made in present organization? (A) Not at the immediate time.

10. (Q) Will this enterprise in any way interfere with [257]'s present work with Federal Wood Products, Co.? (A) It should not.

11. (Q) Will the study of the new work bring relaxation to the body? (A) The study of people ASSOCIATED with new work will bring more relaxation than study of work, though the study of work will NECESSARILY bring many changes in the attitude of thought and of approach; for it's a different

characterization, to be sure, as is being - as a GENERAL condition - much of the study.

12. (Q) Will [257] and Lauterstein be able to finance the business sufficiently to make it a successful business? (A) They should. It'll be a success before it knows it, in next year's changes!

13. (Q) Should [257] agree to moving the show room to the Plaza Building, 59th Street and Madison Avenue, and renting out space at present at 383 Madison? (A) This will depend upon the policies followed. As long as this, in change, is in keeping with the policies as have been set out, and not too great in its expansion in some directions, then it would be well. See?

14. (Q) Is it advisable to take an outside rug and lamp, and an art firm, in on the same floor under name of Orsenigo Galleries? (A) This very good.

15. (Q) Is the factory in Long Island City managed properly? (A) There will be some changes here, with the policies as set out; not great in their beginnings, but considerable in their last analysis.

16. (Q) Would Joe Vogt be a good man to place in this factory? He is now an associate of [257]'s. (A) Not altogether satisfactory. Would be for a time.

17. (Q) Would the Forces suggest the right man as representative? (A) Let this be rather a development of conditions. Don't be too hasty about these things.

18. (Q) What is needed to improve the management of the factory? (A) That of a COUNTER, or an assistant overseer.

19. (Q) What will be necessary to make show room and sales department successfully? (A) Successful men handling same!
