1. GC: You will have before you the two papers which I hold in my hand, belonging to [257]. You will please review these, first the one marked AGREEMENT, then the one marked MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING, and tell us if these should be signed by [257] as they are, or should any changes be made.
2. EC: As we find, both agreement and memorandum are workable in the present conditions, and - as the agreements make for a possibility of revisions as conditions develop, for all concerned - these should be satisfactory.
3. (Q) Any advice regarding either one? (A) If they both live up to 'em, they'll do well!
