Time of Reading 5:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. [257]: You will have before you [257], Edgar Cayce, [903] and their associations. Tell them the development of various means to earn sufficient of the Lord's gifts to care for their obligations to satisfy the necessities of their families and business associates, to carry out the Lord's will.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind of [257], [903], Edgar Cayce and association, relation and condition as exist in the material and mental relationship and are, as we find, many varied conditions that have been set in motion, that are with their natural developments, that are carried on in a manner commensurate with the circumstances and conditions that will make for the returns that are to be satisfactory. There has been presented to [257] a proposition as regarding a nut or a piece of machinery, that if the rights and all are taken care of first may be sold for immediate returns that will make for most satisfactory conditions.

3. In relation to the psychic work this as we find [Work:EC] needs that those who have been and are interested in the various phases of such phenomena only be kept in line and accord with that to be done to make for the necessary returns for the present.

4. (Q) In reference the nut, where is this piece of equipment? (A) This has been presented to [257] for consideration and should be obtained in all its rights.

5. (Q) What is it to be used for? (A) For the fastening securely of various conditions that needs have the safety.

6. (Q) Where is the nut? (A) It has been presented to the body some few weeks ago.

7. (Q) Do you refer to a faucet that goes into a barrel to allow thick material to go through? (A) Is is a nut that has to do with the safety device.

8. (Q) Who is the owner of the patent at the present time? (A) We don't find the owner, it seems to be several interested in same.

9. (Q) Who presented the nut to [257]?

257-94 Page 2

(A) This [257] should know because he had it presented.

10. (Q) Should [257] accept proposition of [3734] attorneys to trade suit against [900] - [137] Bros. on the stock for the judgment against [257]? (A) If the trades are made in such a manner to satisfy, so that those holding the judgment [257] represents will follow the cost, and that pursuant will be worthy, and with the proper division made so that proper remuneration may be made, so that would turn the condition into a more satisfactory position in relation to all.

11. (Q) Are the [3734]'s still associated with the [900] - [137] bros. and are they sincere in their statement that they are? (A) THEY ARE NOT.

12. (Q) What will be the outcome of Monday's contempt on [3734]? (A) That will depend on what disposition is made of that that already has been considered. See...?

13. (Q) Will [257] be held in contempt on the old acceptance originating in the bank matter? (A) This depends what arrangement may be made with the attorneys that represent same.

14. (Q) Is a contract made prior to the entering of a judgment considered property in the eyes of the court? (A) If that contract does carry with it sufficient of the goods, monies or conditions that may satisfy a judgement, it would be considered as such. If it is sufficient as not to allow such natural amount as may be set aside, would not be quite considered. There is certain amount allowed for every individual with dependents to be set aside before judgement may have an effect upon an individual. If the contract of such amount is to satisfy both the amounts as may be set aside, and the judgement also, then it would stand.

15. (Q) What arrangement can [257] make on the endorsements of the notes for Pittsburgh Chemical? (A) This will require some action it it, and must be transfer of the trade of the patent as was guaranteed the developments of the product itself, that there may be the proper returns made on same. See?

16. (Q) Patent... (A) This then would be considered in the judgments that are given same.

17. (Q) Held by third party... (A) Even though the notes are held by third parties, and the transferee stands responsible, the trade of that respect the thing stands first.

18. (Q) Advise [257] as to the development of [257] Corporation for the sale of refrigerators and boxes.

257-94 Page 3

(A) These as we find are being gotten in the proper position or status for the handling of sufficient volume in the varied territories, to make this matter become very largely worth while, they being types of units as are now being considered, for the product should not have title of the production itself, or products entailed later on; but with the financial situation as with the unit and the box itself in taking its course through production, this should soon be in shape for handling of in proper way and manner.

19. (Q) What commercial name would cover both Truscon and Universal and yet not conflict with the other types of business? (A) It should be rather in that form or name that would be building towards the corporation so handling them either of those present, or that furnish the production for the [257] Corporation, and should build for their own production, so that the efforts as expended are on a foundation such that when as has gained momentum, that it will through the efforts expended - should there be any discord with maker of boxes or units, it would not affect the sale. This can be done by the name not tying itself with either.

20. (Q) Sterling name? (A) Kahnstant will be well as given before - this would be better.

21. (Q) Changes in the present organization of personnel - Julius Kahn, P. M., and [1565]? (A) It is all very good at the present - very good.

22. (Q) What must [257] be careful of to make this association 'profitable'? (A) As has been given, so act the association with all of these associates that would be with self, that when one meets one's self that recognize their own work and each individual must be oft able to stand aside as it were and see themselves pass. Be so in association for commercial or social relationship. Let the activities and associations be such that they will ever answer in that way and manner. Do that.

23. (Q) Reference the meeting on Tuesday afternoon with Mr. Wm. Butler, give plan to get the interest of Mr. Butler with Edgar Cayce's work. (A) In association of individuals with any work as may pertain to information as may be received through psychic matter, this should always be a decision of the individual, that is asking for that as will be of aid to him and so presenting as that the decisions are with in the answer from the individual within. Do not attempt to induce or impel anyone to interest themselves unless the individual within has experienced that that answers that something that asks.

257-94 Page 4

In this particular individual, their interest will be found that many conditions will be presented that will be of particular interest to the body. Do not oversell. Do not over attempt to convince. Do that, that is asked for; then let them approach a ... (?)... This will bring about an association if not oversold that will be a pleasant one. We are through for the present.
