Time of Reading 12:30 to 12:55 Noon - Eastern Daylight Savings. N.Y.C. (Body and enquiring mind. Questions regarding physical, mental and material affairs and associations.)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [257], present in this room; this we have had before.
2. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) Why has pain returned to feet? Is the condition of flat feet? (A) Rather has it been the result of a weakening of the muscular forces through poisons and taxations to the body. As has been indicated, with the stirring up of those things that are disturbing the glands that secrete the necessary forces in the system for the keeping of the activities of the body, it tends to make at the first an irritation, but if these are kept so that the balance and the coordination of the system is made - with the adjustments in the feet and ankles, these would be strengthened and overcome these conditions. And it is much better to be corrected in this manner than the wearing of supports or bandage, though this may be done to facilitate the activities of the body under the stress. But the corrections should be made, and so strengthen the arch and the burses in the feet.
4. (Q) Has the Atomidine begun to take effect? (A) It begins almost immediately to take effect, and is the irritant - as it were - in the immediate present; but, as indicated, we would make the corrections. One without the other will not make the proper conditions result; but there should be the corrections with the necessary forces for cleansing the system and producing in the glands of the body the necessary impulse for producing the proper effluvia and urea in the system.
5. (Q) How long should I continue the Atomidine? (A) Should be taken in periods of three, four, five days, then left off for a while, and then taken again; and during the time have at least three to five adjustments of the

feet, you see.
6. (Q) Could Reilly handle that? (A) Reilly could handle that.
7. (Q) Should sweats be taken? (A) One or two during the period would be sufficient of the sweats.
8. (Q) Does beer hurt the body? (A) Depends upon the other elements in the system. Beer with its improper aging carries in the body properties that work against the better conditions of the glands in the system, while with the proper aging it is very good.
9. (Q) What is the best beer to drink that is properly aged? (A) That which is properly balanced as to the amount of activity that goes for digestive forces; whatever one makes that is the better, the greater balance in same.
10. (Q) Do tomatoes hurt the body? (A) No; if there is not too much of the condiments with same.
11. (Q) What vegetables are best? (A) There should be at least two to three that grow above the ground to one beneath the ground. The leafy vegetables are that better for this particular body, [257].
12. (Q) What meats? (A) Fish, fowl or lamb are the better.
13. (Q) Reference the business: Dr. Benj. Jurist of 126 W. 32nd St., chemist, has a sugar vanilla and sugar lemon that he wants [257] and [426], present in this room, to put on the market. What is the value of it, and the possibility of its acceptance and success? (A) As we find with any product, as to its success depends upon how this may be adopted by those who are the greater users of such a product. As to its own value, as we find, the greater fault - if it be called a fault - is as to the preservative necessary to maintain its activity in use. For, as all forms of extracts, unless the product is preserved as to its evaluation as to taste or as to activity, as it is to be used, many lose their efficiency in age or in the natural decomposition that begins with the product being combined with other products that are decomposing in themselves. If the product is used immediately, as we find, it is most efficacious; but if it is stored, then you have trouble, especially unless it is very high and in an atmosphere or in such containers that the activity of the air is not an active principle with same.
14. (Q) Would wrapping it in cellophane answer the purpose? (A) Rather would it be under a pressure, or sealed - as

with the Vita-Method.
15. (Q) Is [257] and [426] combination a good one to work with Jurist to make this successful? (A) They would be a good combination with anyone, that was on the level. In considering the combination as working with Jurist, as we find, this could be worked out in a satisfactory manner, but this phase of the product is the fly in the ointment or the stumblingblock for the large users. Yet this may be overcome; in such use, as we find, of the Vita-Method.
16. (Q) What reason would there be for a merger between Foreign Vintages of 31st floor, #30 Rockefeller Plaza, N.Y.C., and Distillers & Brewers, Sam Ungerleider, 22 Exchange Place, Harborside Warehouse, Unit #2, Jersey City, N.J.? (A) That the products of each have their place in the condition that exists in the experience of the populace as a whole is evinced by the associations and the activities of each. As to the combinations of same, as we find, the greater advantages would be in the handling of the products of each; for it may be done with the same amount of expenditures in the sale and distribution - in the major part, to be sure; not as a whole, but as a major part, and thus saving from 40% to 67-68% of the overhead in distribution; not in manufacture, but in manufacture of combinations of the products would be from a 3-5% of advantage as a combination.
17. (Q) Advise [257] and [426] how to proceed to bring the parties together. (A) Necessary, of course, that the advantages be pointed out as we have indicated, and those things that are more of the nature that are necessary seen in this direction - and this is the approach.
18. (Q) Who best to interview Chas. Wanzer or Ned Paine of foreign Vintages, or go through [426], their friend? (A) As we would find, it would be the better through [426]; for the situations not only individually but as a whole may be seen by [426] in the approach to either or both of those parties that would be interested in same.
19. (Q) What part should [257] take in the matter? (A) This depends upon the result of the operations or activities, and most in the present in arranging for or bringing the necessary individuals together.
20. (Q) When is best time to start the subject? (A) Now.
21. (Q) Which of the Ungerleiders best to start with, Sam or Abe? (A) Sam.

22. (Q) Is this a good time for [257] to talk to Sam Ungerleider about making the trip to the various states to gather the information in reference the future sales of the Distillers & Brewers Corporation? (A) A good time. This should have been done long since. Of course, there is accessible to anyone the various acts in the various states, of individuals and their associates who control such boards. As indicated as an instance, Virginia - where there will be expended for Scotch nearly half a million dollars in the next few months, with McCall and Truxton - who is now making some associations and connections, and is on the way to Montreal.
23. (Q) Who is the best man for [257] to see immediately to make the connection with McCall or Truxton? (A) Begin the first thing first. Know, through the acts of the State, as to what the law is, and who is the individual or group that controls such; as in Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Tennessee, Arizona, Mexico, all of these, that are now in the open market. Then these may be made in their regular channel. As for who through to Truxton or McCall, just go and see 'em! They are easy of approach.
24. (Q) What would be the fairest arrangement between Ungerleider and [257] for [257]'s compensation? (A) This should be worked out individually rather than from here. This is a man to man proposition.
