1. EC: Yes, we have those conditions-physical that have disturbed and that do disturb the body, [257]. Many of these the body has been warned concerning.
2. And if there would be taken those precautions, with sufficient of the necessary adjustments and treatments to correct the conditions, being mindful of the diet, we should have little or no trouble in making for a near normal balance.
3. From the strains in the system and the character of the diet there is some bloody mucous shown, but this should not be disturbing unless it becomes a chronic condition - or of such a nature. For it is the system's ELIMINATING. But unless precautions are taken, or that done in the way of the exercises, of the sweats, of the colonic irrigations, to REMOVE the troubles - these MAY become a chronic or a constitutional condition. [See 257-220.]
4. But if the body will DO what has been indicated, and keep down the acidity in the system by the manner of the diet, then we will find those conditions also in throat and head - that at these periods usually give disturbance to the body - WILL be eliminated!
