Time of Reading 3:30 to 3:35 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: He should stay put!
2. Yes, we have those disturbances and those activities about the physical forces of the body, [257]; these we have had before.
3. As we find, we would take those precautions as we have indicated; in keeping up the eliminations, the proper adjustments through the lumbar area, the proper manipulative forces through the limbs and the feet, and those cares as to the diet that we have indicated.
4. Also we would make for a balancing at this time, as it were, of its time for rest, time for recuperation, time for labor, time for work, time for play. All of these precautions should be kept.
5. There should be as much care in preserving and maintaining an equilibrium in the own physical body as there is in its associations as to business relations. So, build same up in much the same way and manner.
6. Of course, keep up the rubs, the baths, the sweats; these are helpful.
7. When there are disturbances in the eliminations, through the strains that we have indicated as being existent in the eliminating forces regarding the circulatory influence, we find that these are due to indiscretions in one or another line.
8. Remember, as has been given, often there is the tendency of the body to burn the candle at both ends. And this MUST bring disturbing forces.
9. But keep the exercises, keep the general eliminations near to normal. Keep towards the alkalinity of the system, and we will find the better conditions for this body.
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) What should be done for the condition of the feet? (A) The treatments from the lumbar area, in the corrections osteopathically, and then adjustments by the foot treatment to the bursae in the feet; and these will aid materially in

relieving the pressure.
12. (Q) He goes to Reilly's every Saturday afternoon - (A) (Interrupting) Then keep it up! Once a week should be sufficient, provided there is consistency in the activities of the body during the other days of the week also! But do not expect these treatments to work off overindulgences; not necessarily on eating or in drinking, but in overtaxing the system physically or mentally! BUDGET the time, and adhere to it! Not as rote, but PURPOSELY! that the whole body, mind and spiritual forces may be kept in accord.
13. The body is on the improve; keep it so!
