Time of Reading 11:05 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. N.Y.C. (Physical, mental and material conditions about him. Ques.)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [257]; this we have had before.

2. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) What conditions need correction now in physical? (A) As we find, the main is to keep the proper relationships in assimilating and eliminating system; being mindful as indicated regarding foods or combinations that make for detrimental reaction in the body. Take those precautions with or through the exercise and corrections to keep that balance in the lower dorsal and through the lumbar area, and especially in the limbs and feet. These as we find are the main disturbances, or those things for keeping in attune or accord with the general physical forces of the body.

4. (Q) Has Dobbins found the spot to correct? and which others need it? (A) Those as indicated, and as we find the spot has been indicated there in the lumbar area, as connects with the upper sacral and especially the lumbar axis. When these are made, make the corrections through to the feet, and especially in the bursa in the frontal portion of same.

5. (Q) How often should he go to Dobbins? (A) Once a week, but this should be rather a matter of keeping in physical fitness than making it just rote. If there are periods when it is inconvenient, it isn't pure neglect; but if there are periods when there is a little headache, sour stomach or a heaviness across the lumbar area, then to neglect is to make for hardships in the body.

6. (Q) Should [257] play tennis balance of summer? (A) Tennis is very good, provided it is played in a manner in which there is not too great a strain but rather a consistent use.

7. (Q) Do olives affect body?

257-170 Page 2

(A) Depends upon their combinations. Olives with meats, as fowl or the like, are very good. Olives with potato salad or with those that have any great quantity of acid, are harmful. Helpful in other directions.

8. (Q) How about cheese with olives? (A) Depends upon whether there's anything harmful in the cheese; whether it's the white cheese or whether the brown breads or whether those cheeses that are made from the perfectly soured milk or curds or whether they are those that carry some other properties.

9. (Q) Are lemonade or limeade good to alkalinize the body? (A) These are good, provided they are not taken with starches in the same hour.

10. (Q) Is lemon and olive oil good in combination? (A) Not so good.

11. (Q) What weight should be maintained? (A) The weight in the present is very good.

12. (Q) Are all melons good for him? (A) This may depend upon the season or upon the time of day or what the activities have been beforehand. These are ALL a character of food WELL for the body. It is combinations, as indicated, rather than the individual fruit or what not.

13. (Q) What is combined with olive oil for a salad dressing? (A) Paprika, egg, or such combinations are well.

14. (Q) Is Scarsdale, N.Y., a good place for body to move? (A) Any place may be a good place provided there are the proper surroundings, environs and considerations given to all phases of the life as has been indicated so oft for the body. To become as a one-tracked mind in such a surrounding, especially as Scarsdale, would not be so well. For unless the business, social, the activities in every form of amusement and such are as a part of the whole, not so good for the body individually.

15. (Q) Why does the body feel such an indecision about this? (A) As it does in changing in any one thing. It's natural tendency, or the hardheadedness as would be better expressed, of the body - it's April! [Born 4/22/1893]

16. (Q) [257] has been advised by his President Morgan Simmons to enter his petition in bankruptcy now if [3734]'s bother further. Would it be better to file in N.Y.C. or Scarsdale? [See 257-123 Reports.] (A) We have given these conditions as regarding this, and it has been given that the choice will be made by the body. The advice has been for this for some time, but it should be in New York City and not in Scarsdale.

17. (Q) We are sorry we did not follow advice before but feel it can be done better now. Please advise [257] as to procedure?

257-170 Page 3

(A) We have given what we have given.

18. (Q) Will it affect the Paris Med. suit in any way, since it belongs to [wife, [903]]? (A) Will not affect those in any manner, for these are NOT a part of [257]'s assets.

19. (Q) [257] is visiting attorneys this week in N.Y. to follow advice of Forces to tell the whole story to Reed. Any further advice? (A) Carry those out as has been indicated there.

20. (Q) When will Mr. Dodge of Munds & Winslow, 40 Wall St., 9th floor, be ready to present offer to St. Louis? (A) When there has been the completing of those required papers for the making of the report to THEIR own organization.

21. (Q) When will Mr. Isaac Orr be ready to receive it at St. Louis? (A) When there has been sufficient pressure brought to bear upon Mr. Orr and those immediately associated, by other parts or other portions of the estate.

22. (Q) Advise [257] as to his development and standing with Morgan Simmons who has now returned to Martinsville, Va. (A) These are very good, they are satisfactory so far. As has been indicated, the policies of this organization are well to make a part of self's OWN policies and activities.

23. (Q) What does Simmons feel toward [257] now considering business done and visits with [257] in N.Y.? (A) It's very good; it's satisfactory.

24. (Q) Advise [257] next procedure to further gain full confidence of Simmons and factory. (A) Get more business.

25. (Q) What can [257] do in N.Y. in way of management and design to get confidence of Simmons? (A) In carrying on those ways and manners as has been indicated for the body as in relationship to the organization as a whole. Or especially as to those activities in relationships to special or specific organizations, where there are specific designs or specific patterns of certain character or nature for their individual use. These followed in their proper way and manner, as has been indicated, would be the better moves for the body in the present.

26. (Q) [257] has bean invited to look into factory at Glenrock, Penna., Banker Rouse, and Enterprise factory for Radio. Would this be a good plant for [257] to work up? (A) There's a lot of burden to bear in same. It might be used in cases where there are the needs for emergency activities, but do not allow self to become liable for the

257-170 Page 4

output by tying up self in such a way and manner that when those conditions are opened with the larger factory these would not be able to be in line either as to activities or as to orders.

27. (Q) When should he visit them? (A) Just as soon as the general situations, or there is the deciding within self as to what is to be the attitude. DO NOT ASSUME obligations in connection with these.

28. (Q) Will E. E. Dunning be in entire charge of purchasing at General Electric or will Hughes be made the man? (A) As we find, as has been indicated, Hughes - but advisory with Dunning. This presents for [257] then, under the existing circumstances, rather an unusual condition, where both individuals are to be considered. But if the body [257] attempts to work one against the other, it will be detrimental. Consider each in his own individual sphere of activity. Keep the friendships with each, but don't carry word of this or that sort back and forth - IF YOU DO, YOU'LL WISH YOU HADN'T!

29. (Q) [257] is building small cabinets at #41 Vesey St., Acme Cabinet Co. Will this plant be satisfactory to Gen. Elec. Co.? (A) Provided the finishes as have been begun are carried through. The company has not had a good reputation as to upholding the finished products as in line with that it has furnished. The abilities and capacities are there. If these are kept within that as has been furnished as the cabinet or as the sample, very good.

30. (Q) What must [257] be careful of with this factory? (A) As indicated.

31. (Q) What about Caswell Runyan factory in Indiana at Huntington? (A) Not so good. There's a cross here that's not good at all.

32. (Q) Is [257] conducting his affairs now in a manner approved by the higher forces of all good gifts? (A) This had better be approved within self than attempt to prove or to approve something without, outside of self. If the conscience within self is in line with that the entity holds as its ideal, in its relationships with its associates in every way and manner, then know these are in keeping. For as ye sow, so shall ye reap - this is an infallible, irrefutable condition or experience. And the more one becomes aware of one's obligations to self, to the fellow man, to the relationships, greater becomes one's abilities to deal with others and to succeed. Hence as has been given, "My spirit beareth witness with thy spirit." This then is NOT a judgement but rather as an ability for an

257-170 Page 5

individual who would know himself to check upon himself.

33. (Q) How can body become aware of the higher forces in himself as a guidance? (A) By following that as has just been indicated; getting that well set in the mind. SEEING it, close self - mind, eyes, ears - to the outside world; recognizing as a fact that, "If I would know, if I would be, if I would comprehend, I must OPEN my inner self - not the OUTER self - to those influences." And then the awareness flows in.

34. (Q) What further improvement to his mental attitude can he make to think clearly and constructively? (A) Just think on what has just been given.
