Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical and Mental-Material Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [257]; this we have had before, with those conditions physical, mental and material.
2. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) In reference the showing of blood - for six months have not seen it. Since I took Castoria and agar agar it has shown up three times in the last three days. What is the condition that now causes this showing and what should I do to prevent it from reoccurring again? (A) These might be answered in a word, and yet the body should take all things considered and consider all things that have been indicated and given the body respecting this. First in the matter of diet, next in the matter of abstaining from those things that cause a reaction of too much of the production of alcohol by the addition of same in the system, and then that as given for the corrective measures. Agar was not given, never has been given the body; in fact, it is not very good for the body! Other compounds somewhat similar would be preferable. But all of these should be taken into consideration. All of that as was given should have been done! That is, it was as necessary for the relaxing of the body through the sweats and massage, so as to set up a coordination between the elimination portions of the system, as to take the eliminant and the laxative and cathartic! Hence, the cause is a combination of these not being attended to nor taking the precautions that have been indicated for the body. Then, to prevent same, comply with those conditions that have been indicated from time to time; as, first,

precautions in the diet and the exercises, and when disturbances arise, the adherence to those suggestions given and not adding nor taking from! An increased activity of properties that, while both are laxatives, do not work the same with the system. These should never be combined as laxatives. They each in their proper place and with individual conditions are well. Then, take the proper precautions as to diet, as to exercise, as to eliminations. Have the sweats and massage YET to attune the body to a bettered condition. In the consideration of the activities of the body during the present season - as has been indicated in many ways, activities close to or about the large bodies of water are much preferable - for this particular body, and the temperament - to highlands or mountains or the like. Hence the exercise, and again we would stress the budgeting of the time and the taking of time to play, time to recuperate, as well as eating, sleeping, working, reading or what not! For as has been so oft given, if the body would find the best, be able to do its best, be able to meet the emergencies and conditions, it MUST be a CONSISTENT life and a PERSISTENT life. PERSISTENCY is very well; but CONSISTENCY - O to the body and to the mind - is indeed a jewel! For the body is NOT always consistent! Study that. Know that as is necessary in any well ordered business. There must be consistent cooperation if the abilities of all involved would work to their maximum strength. So with the body. It is only a well organized system. Given the opportunity for all factors to function, to coordinate properly, it will keep, it will make, it will build for supply. But inconsistency brings just as disturbing factors in the activities of the body as it would in a business for some minor executive to disregard policies and prices in an active influence in an organized institution! Consider that!
4. (Q) Please give an outline of the foods I should eat for morning, noon and night.

(A) This has been gone over so often; it becomes almost repellent! This is known to the body, as has been more oft given, to keep in line, in season with the foods, fruits, vegetables grown in the surroundings and the environs of the body. That should answer, if there is consistent thought or consideration given, the whole condition for the body. But as has been given, use consistency in all things! Then, as the conditions, the feelings, the activities, the environs, the surroundings are necessary to consider, keep them in that way and manner.
5. (Q) Regarding the material affairs, how should [257] proceed with Pennsylvania factory since American not yet interested? (A) Follow in those ways that have been outlined. Interest either the associates in enabling the body to make such connections as to carry on, or induce those that are in charge to accept - if they are able to financially carry on.
6. (Q) How can Pennsylvania be financed? (A) As has been given, by those interested or the associations interested in the manufacture of same.
7. (Q) Should Government help be sought? (A) It's not admissible under the conditions! It may be sought if there is the ability to establish the group that has been in charge or does have charge of the operations. But this would be [257]'s problem, only assisting them in that direction if they seek same.
8. (Q) How can he finance Chichester? (A) Again the same problems that have been given before. It is necessary that there be first sufficient sum for the carrying on in the way as indicated, and unless those are willing to act in the ways as given, this does not bring much possibility for proper consideration - by financiers.
9. (Q) Should Louis Francis be taken with organization as he desires? (A) This would depend upon many, many, many, many, many, MANY, MANY, factors! We do not find it advisable to consider same in the present. In the environs and in the surroundings Francis is excellent, but in Chichester it is a different proposition - and he is quite old to learn new tricks!
10. (Q) Any further advice for the body at this time? (A) Study those things already given. Be consistent in all things.
11. We are through for the present.
