Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. N.Y.C. (Body and enquiring mind, questions as to material affairs)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [257]; this we have had before.

2. In the Physical forces there should be taken those precautions as respecting the Eliminations; owing to the drosses or poisons that have been left in the system from the cold and congestion.

3. There should be the keeping of the alkalinization. Or alkalize the body. This we find may be kept by precautions as to diet and eliminations.

4. Do not mix too much starches with citrus fruits. Do not take too much of meats of any nature, but just sufficient to keep the strengthening physically.

5. Ready for material questions.

6. (Q) With reference [257] and [903] and the [3734]s: The [3734]s are trying to compel [903] to turn back monies she has received to [257] so that they can take it for a judgement which the [3734]s hold against [257]. Is preparation for trial (set for Oct. 28th before Justice Ford) sufficient to defeat the [3734]s in their unjust attack against [903] and [257]? (A) This is pre-supposing much, in the statements that are made; and asking that there be advice or counsel to take advantage of situations that are questioned within the own self. [See 257-123 Reports.]

As we find, however, if there is the consideration of what has been given respecting this in its beginning, it will be seen that this was done not for just causes but rather in the attempt to take an advantage.

And as would be seen if there is the reviewing of the situations that have been presented through these channels, this was when the claim was first purchased by the [3734]s.

The preparation in the present is very well. And while

there has been the acknowledgement by the Missouri court of the validity of [903]'s interest in the monies, this does not necessarily indicate that the same view would be taken in the New York court for the very reason that the claim was attempted before such monies were a part of consideration. [Paris Medicine Co. suit by [903].]

That there may be definitely shown, then, that the assignment, the gift to [903] was made prior to the filing of claim or the seeking for this as an investment by [3734], had best be shown if it is a part of the evidence.

But do not attempt to show unless the deeds, the assignments and all conform to the beginnings.

But this point should be considered.

Then if this is intact, with the recognition of the Missouri court, there's no trouble.

7. (Q) What further should [257] do now to further protect himself against this attack? (A) As has just been indicated, get this point straight.

8. We are through for the present.
