Time of Reading 3:30 to 3:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Body and enquiring mind, who seeks information, advice and guidance as to his health, his mental and material affairs. Ques.)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [257]; this we have had before.
2. In the physical forces of the body, owing to those conditions that have been brought about - regarding the bleeding from conditions that exist in the anus and the sphincter centers, it will be necessary for the body to be rather quiet - as we find; following those suggestions as may be and have been given by those in charge.
3. If the body had done that as indicated, and not had those disturbing conditions and would have followed the diet, this need not have arisen.
4. Hence follow those instructions, then, of the one in charge - and not from here.
5. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) What is the present physical condition? (A) Needs watching!
7. (Q) Is it advisable for me to travel overnight to Virginia Beach, just Friday and Saturday? (A) As has been indicated, it is BEST for the body's welfare to keep quiet. Follow the instructions of the physician; NOT from here!
8. (Q) Regarding the [1414] suit and trial coming up Tuesday before Judge Schimmel: Can I expect fair Trial - (A) (Interrupting) Here again we might give the body that we have given thee those warnings, especially as concerning agreements, contracts, etc. As we find, if there is the right character of presentation of the situation, there may be expected justice; that is, it will require either written agreements to be shown or sufficient of those who by word of mouth may indicate that the situation is ONLY as has been and is presented by [257]; notably, that the condition was so much for a period to give

opportunity of activity, and ONLY as a commission for the whole period; the three hundred being as an ADVANCE rather than as payment for ANY salary!
9. (Q) Since Schimmel is a friend of [1414]'s - (A) (Interrupting) As just has been INDICATED!
10. (Q) Should the Senior or Junior [Alfred] Englander conduct the case before the jury? (A) The Senior Englander. [Oscar Englander]
11. (Q) What witnesses should I call to support my testimony? (A) Those that may support by their hearing the situation as indicated.
12. (Q) Considering the information I now have on hand, will I be able to win this suit? (A) Unless the information is in keeping with that as has just been indicated - there will be trouble!
13. (Q) What special preparation - (A) (Interrupting) As just given. Either the papers to show, or sufficient verbal evidence and the evidence of others working in the same situation, same position - THEIR word, THEIR conditions! All of these must coordinate.
14. (Q) Is there any other advice for me on this subject? (A) Be mindful of the physical condition. Keep quiet. As we find concerning this particular condition - it must be set in order.
