1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving suggestions for further corrective measures and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. Now as we find, there only needs to be those precautions which have been indicated for the body so often; that there be not an overtaxing in ANY manner.
4. Do not attempt to drive self so severely, either mentally, physically or materially; but take the precautions as to diet, as to meat and drink, and as to becoming overnervous, overexcited, or overanxious.
5. Then, we will find the need for budgeting the time for those recreations that have been indicated. These should keep the body, the mind, in such a way and manner as to be more appreciative of all that which has been the privilege, the opportunity of the entity, to be in accord and in touch with those sources of help and aid, for its activity. These should be appreciated, and these are influences that will aid better in the attitudes of every nature.

7. (Q) What is condition of body now? (A) As indicated, it only needs those precautions as outlined.
8. (Q) Why do such deep circles appear under eyes after a night's sleep? (A) Worry, and imagination. These are showing the necessity for rest in the way of recreation, and are merely indications of those things which have been given from time to time.
9. (Q) How long should Saffron Tea be taken, and what does it do for body? (A) This should be kept up not in a haphazard manner, but until there is a better condition physically created throughout the alimentary canal. Take it for two, three,

four, five days, a week, ten days - leave it off a few days and then have it prepared again and take again. This is the best manner. It stimulates better strength through the activities of the lymph and emunctory circulation in the alimentary canal.
10. (Q) How long take elm bark, and what does it do for body? (A) As indicated, this would be taken when it desires water - or if it sours in the stomach - or because of foods, or those conditions that arise from a condition in the system - leave off. This again is to supply that coating along the walls of the intestines themselves, as to prevent the strains from which blood has appeared.
11. (Q) Is enema as good as high colonic, and how often each be taken? (A) No. This depends upon the eliminations. These should be taken about twice during a month.
12. (Q) Why does blood stop several days and begin over again? (A) Read just what has been indicated, see? This arises from overnervousness, and overexcitement, and overactivities in the various ways.
13. (Q) Would liquid diet be best for a certain length of time? (A) Not necessarily, unless properly balanced.
14. (Q) Why do I have slight attack of cramp pains in abdomen occasionally? (A) These arise from overanxiety, and the bad mixing or combinations of foods, or the body not being uniform in the character or time of eating.
15. (Q) Is bowling good for body, while in Chicago? (A) Not too much of it.
16. (Q) What will stop present cold from progressing? (A) Go on a citrus fruit and vegetable diet.
17. (Q) What aid did Florida give body? (A) Good. The rest, though, was not long enough to indicate a great deal of recuperative forces being organized, as it were, within the system.
18. (Q) What should body do to keep in trim when returning to N.Y.? (A) Do as has been indicated.
