1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [257].
3. As we find, while the acute condition in face and in the circulation to the head is somewhat improved, the swelling and soreness would be reduced by the use of these applications:
4. Paint the areas affected (using such as a camel's hair brush) with a combination of three parts Laudanum and one part Aconite. Then apply a saturated solution of Epsom Salts.
5. Apply this a couple of times, for twenty to thirty minutes each time.
6. Then, afterwards, massage the area with an equal combination of Mutton Tallow, Spirits of Turpentine and Spirits of Camphor.
7. In the late afternoon - then - have a thorough osteopathic massage; setting up drainages for better eliminations; this to be principally from the 9th dorsal upward - or begin with the head and neck and work downward.
8. Also, for the conditions [of fever blisters?] on lips and about the mouth, apply Camphorice (which is a combination, to be sure, of Camphor and Mutton Tallow).
9. These as we find would relieve the tensions.
10. Then, take precautions to keep the face protected; not to be in the cold; keeping the feet dry - and the body may carry on.
11. But be very, very careful - not to overeat, nor yet go without food, through the morrow or the next day.
12. There needs to be local attention to some of the teeth and to the areas where pus has been allowed to accumulate, caused by cold and neuralgia pains.
13. The rest of the conditions, if kept as has been and may be outlined for the body, should keep on the improve - but keep the precautions before the body.

14. Ready for questions.
15. (Q) Would it be advisable for me to go to General Electric [on business] tomorrow? (A) That will depend upon the weather, of course, and as to the response the body has made. As we find, if this as outlined is followed soon enough, it will so fit the body that it will be able to make such a trip - if those portions of the face are protected when in the wind or the weather, see - and the precautions as to diet and general activities.
16. We are through for the present. Copy to Self - Phoned also " " Ass'n file ile
