1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [257] who seeks physical and material information on the body and business affairs. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [257]; this we have had before. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) What is my physical condition now? (A) This as we find is very good, considering the general conditions, yet there are many things of which the body should be mindful; as to not overtaxing nor using the body-energies in such manners as to undo much that has been accomplished.
4. (Q) Have I healed properly? (A) This will depend upon the manner in which the activities of the body keep the healing. It hasn't completed, but is doing very nicely in the present.
5. (Q) Are there any lesions formed? (A) There is more scar tissue than lesions as yet. Lesions arise from nerve or muscular forces, or an accumulation of same from undue exercise, overtaxation, or out of alignment of some portion of the system and this used, and the body attempting to adjust itself to the unusual causes lesions. There's more scar tissue but not lesions, as we find. There ARE some adhesions.
6. (Q) Is the condition entirely cured? (A) As just indicated.
7. (Q) Should I continue Wet Cell Appliance? (A) If you wish to get the good from same, yes!
8. (Q) Was it properly given, as set up in my room in ..., N.Y.? (A) If it is given in accordance with those things outlined for it, it is very good.
9. (Q) Can I keep my weight at present level and be healthy? What weight is best? (A) It will not stay at the present level if the body keeps healthy! The best weight is about one sixty-five.

10. (Q) What about my blood pressure? What should it be normally? (A) One hundred added to the age of the body is the normal pressure that should be. There are variations in the present, owing to those conditions of which the body has been told or warned.
11. (Q) What will cure pain in small of back? (A) A good massage occasionally, and keeping the body rested sufficient.
12. (Q) Why pain in legs and feet at times? (A) The adhesions in portions of the body that cut off the circulatory forces. Hence the needs for keeping the body generally fit along the locomotory centers, and the need for taking a good, thorough OSTEOPATHIC adjustment and massage occasionally, rather than just a massage.
13. (Q) What causes, and what should be done for condition of eyes and the swelling under sockets? (A) The attempt of the system to adjust itself to the relief of tension through the body, and the effects produced upon the general system, especially as related to the glandular forces which show effect through the kidneys and the glands as related to the thyroids and the like. Do as indicated.
14. (Q) How often should oil be taken? (A) This depends upon the diet. When needed.
15. (Q) What is best summer diet, and drinks? (A) Vegetables should be the principal diet - little or no meats, also fruits and the like; these are the best for a summer diet. Fruit drinks are the better.
16. (Q) In what form should B-1 tablets or capsules be taken? (A) If the body does not desire to take them in the food values, take the tablets or capsules! But they are better assimilated with the system if taken in the food values. No synthetic principle is as good as the real thing! It may be used as a substitute, but is a substitute ever as good as the best which nature provides! These vitamins may best be taken through the vegetable forces that are yellow in color; as carrots, squash, yellow corn and yellow corn meal; peaches; oats and the like. If the desire is to supplement these with the tablets, then do so - but it is not the best!
17. (Q) How much rest, and exercise - what form of exercise best? (A) There should be at least eight to nine hours rest each day. Walking is the best form of exercise for the body, but it should be taken leisurely and as recreation; not as just something to do to be gotten through with!
18. (Q) Can scar be reduced as now shown from operation? (A) It will be if there are the correct applications, and the correct exercises. Using Camphorated Oil will be as

well as anything for the reducing of the length or breadth of scar.
19. (Q) Will blood show up in rectum again? (A) Will tomorrow be Tuesday? This is just about like asking that! It depends upon how, what and where the activities of the body are! It will eventually show in the rectum again, yes.
20. (Q) Regarding business: Advise me concerning the coming meeting with H. L. Andrews, Vice-Pres. of G.E. at Bridgeport tonight or tomorrow night. (A) As we find, it is very well for the discussions of those problems as related to the combinations, but as only a BASIS for the future considerations in making coalitions or combinations intended. The approach should be on that basis, else you will not be able to keep as much of this organization's business as you have had heretofore!
21. (Q) Please advise as to my statements, expressions and business plan that will merit the adoption by Andrews for the Company, considering the Mersman Co. and the Brunswick Co. as a possible association for me, G.E. & Mersman, thru Henry Winogrand the Pres. (A) As just outlined, these discussions should be rather as the basis, and then when the needs allow such state the situations, the conditions which exist, and the question as to whether such would be advisable. Then let the approach be from the G.E., NOT as self seeking other than to be of the greater service to the organization.
22. (Q) As I want interest of Andrews & G.E. to back my purchase of Mersman Bros. factory of Celina, O., how is best manner of submitting plan to Andrews? (A) Just as indicated. This discussion should be rather as the basis of the meeting, but put in such a manner that it is to serve as a basis; letting the approach be FROM Andrews or G.E., rather than seeking or making statements, promises or the like as to what would be were such to be had! For it is best that self be in the position of being under the supervision of the Company, rather than directing the activities for the whole combinations - should it reach those proportions.
23. (Q) What will be advantage to G.E., to Mersman and to [257]'s Brunswick interest if association can be made? (A) As just indicated, this should be determined and be worked out according to the mind of each individual discussing same, and not stating as to what it would be! Because this would depend upon the manner in which it was handled, as to whether it would be beneficial to either or not!

24. (Q) Is the time right for such an association, considering needs of G.E. for cabinets, Mersman expansion business and [257]'s better sources of supply for Brunswick of Radio and Cabinets? (A) As just indicated, this is to form the basis of the discussion, provided Andrews and G.E. should find that such would be advisable or plausible for their activities.
25. (Q) What is best basis - cash loan by G.E., exchange of stock, or what plan? (A) This again, as just indicated, is to be worked out!
