Time of Reading 3:00 to 3:20 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.J. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [258], and those conditions- physical that disturb the body.
2. Now, as we find, while the conditions do not as yet prevent the near normal activities of the body-physical, there ARE conditions - both direct and secondary - that, unless changes ARE made for or toward the correction, there must eventually arise those disturbances that will be very hard to cope with; and will prevent the normal activities or better abilities of the body from manifesting, either in the material, physical or mental manner. [Incipient T.B.?]
3. These disturbances, as we find, have to do with specific conditions that disturb the pulmonaries and - secondarily - produce a pressure to the lower portion of the digestive system, and the organs of the sensory system as related to the hepatic circulation.
4. Then, these are the conditions that we find with this body, [258]:
5. In the BLOOD SUPPLY there are the indications of the disturbances that exist in the circulation, as related to its clarification regarding the oxidation through the lungs proper.
6. To be sure, with the secondary disturbance affecting the sensory system, this condition affects the DISPOSITION and the activities as related to the irritability of the body, as well as the muco-membranes of throat, head, face, and the tissues that are involved in the system relative to these portions. As given, these conditions are rather hidden; but, without SOME corrective forces of SOME natures, they must gradually grow worse and be rather overactive as related to the centralization in the portion of system which they may affect or disturb, which may result (as may be seen from the nature of the condition) in many different disturbances; either to the muco-membranes in head, face, the various ducts where soft tissue is involved, the lungs

and throat, or there may be the reversing into the circulation. For, as indicated, these disturb the EQUILIBRIUM as to the coordinating between the sensory forces TO the hepatic circulation, and to the circulation of the blood supply itself.
7. Then, as to the effects produced upon the NERVOUS SYSTEM and upon the ORGANS of the body:
8. There is shown the irritability, the tendencies for the activities as related to the portions of the system suggested. The secondary condition refers to those activities in the organs as related to the hepatic circulation; and, while these are secondary, under stress or strain of an added condition or disturbance, they tend to disturb the equilibrium of the body.
9. These conditions affect, then, the circulation, the organs, the functioning of organs, and the very NATURE or RESPONSIVE forces in both the mental and imaginative forces of the body.
10. Then, in meeting these, as we would find, there should be a period of REST that would make for recuperative forces, in a higher and a dryer atmosphere, with the added forces in the diet; rather "roughing it", with the exercises that would make for the clarifying of the system as related to INCREASING the blood supply in such a manner as to allow the red blood forces to become more effective in supplying to the system the necessary elements for the elimination of destructive forces - that disturb the circulation, the organs, and the muco-membranes themselves.
11. The change in atmospheric pressure conditions will relieve much of the disturbance. At FIRST it would appear to produce irritation, for it would produce dryness.
12. WITH THE CHANGES MADE (for it would not work so well if used under the PRESENT environment), we would use the inhalant that has been given through these sources for the clarification and for the effect of keeping down those activities that become effective through infectious forces; but, for this specific condition or body, we would prepare it in this manner:
13. To 4 ounces of pure grain alcohol we would add: Eucalyptus, Oil of ..................20 minims, Tincture of Benzoin...................5 minims, Benzosol (in solution)...............10 minims, Rectified Creosote....................2 minims, Rectified Oil of Turp.................5 minims, Tolu in solution.....................30 minims.
14. Keep this solution in a container at least twice the
258-1 Page 3
size of the quantity, or an eight-ounce bottle; preferably either with a glass cork or with a cork through which the body may inhale at the same time the atmospheric pressure enters through a second opening in the cork. Keep the container tightly corked when not being used.
15. Inhale from this solution in the morning and evening, to clarify the conditions for the muco-membranes, for the head, throat, neck and nostrils, and those portions of the system.
16. As to the most effective diet, we would recommend the coarser and heavier foods; with EXERCISE sufficiently in the open.
17. In two to three months we may find QUITE a different reaction in the body, mentally AND physically, [258].
18. Ready for questions.
19. (Q) What particular part of the country would be best for this body? (A) The hills of North Carolina, as we find, would be better - among the pines. Three to six weeks should make an entire change.
20. We are through for the present. Copy to Mrs. [...] [[4716]'s wife] " " File " " Mr. [437] and wife
