1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
3. Now we find the body isn't feeling extraordinarily good this afternoon, you see. Dull aches, pains in the head. These are only a temporary condition, produced by an over stimulation and taxation of the digestive organism, with the condition as exists in the body.
4. Now, we find this body is very good in many respects, yet there are abnormal conditions that were these corrected before the system adjusts itself we will find the adjustment would come nearer to the normal developments of the body. Then with these adjustments would only mean the correct diet for the body to develop in a normal manner and way.
5. We find in the system the abnormal condition produced by two specific conditions. First, we find there is in the lower dorsal region an impingement that disturbs the supply of nutriment to the system, or that segregation in the system of the plasmatic cellular force as is conducted through the nerve energy of each supplying branch to the various functionings of the system. We find in the dorsal, in the 8th and 10th, that this disturbance, this impingement, prevents the creation of the blood supply in the cell forces as is reached through the lacteal ducts, as the new blood is supplied in the system, for with the impingement, and with this prevention of the proper digestive functioning organs giving the incentives, or creation of red blood forces, we have created or brought about the condition that tends towards anemia.
6. This, then, is produced by the lesion and by the incentives as were created by the disturbing of the excretory functioning of the system in the throat and in the thyroid glands. This disturbs then all the ductless glands'

secretions, and disturbs the spleen's action with the pancreas; not in the sense of the mentality, though we might find same would be disturbed in later years if the corrections were not made at present.
7. The functioning of this portion, then, needs to be corrected more with the diet for the body than by medicinal properties in the system. However, the excretory system (that is, the liver, the kidneys, the lower digestive system) must be kept in the proper condition for eliminations through these channels. That is, do not allow toxins to form in system through the action of foods or feces remaining in system too long.
8. Do not let the body become, in its developing stage, subject to constipation through lack of secretions to the lower intestines, but let the exercising of same come through its diet rather than medicinal properties.
9. Then, to bring the normal forces, the normal developments, for this body, [259], we are speaking of, we would correct, osteopathically or chiropractically, those segments in the lower dorsal region, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th dorsal, where all need attention. Also those in the 2nd and 3rd cervical. These are produced in the cervical rather from local conditions as have been produced by exterior forces in the throat; that is the tonsil condition that has existed, and the adjusting of those will of necessity mean the correction through that portion of the body.
10. As for the diet, do not take those of the acid state too much in the system. More lactic and pepsin forces, or those in foods that are of this nature and character. No meats in the form of meats, yet meat juices, prepared in fresh and proper state, would be well for the body. Those foods that carry iron, silicon and sodas, potash and such characters as we will find in vegetables, especially those growing beneath the ground. All these characters are good for the body, but no pickled foods of any character, or highly spiced foods. The nature of the conditions that have been brought about must be corrected. In the value of foods in bread, let it be whole wheat and bran, and brown bread rather than the white. Not too much of corn meals but sufficient to make the coarseness for the body.
11. Follow these and we will bring the normal development for this body.
12. In meat juices prepare that from the leanest beef only. Only meats taken should be principally those of the sea foods.

13. Do that for this body, [259].
14. We are through.
