1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [261]. Now, as we find, those conditions as have and do disturb the body are of rather the HIDDEN or only at times active nature. These conditions, as we find, while becoming of specific nature as to cause the reactions as are produced in the system from same, are varied in the effects as are produced in the system; so the affectation and effectation are separate and distinct in the physical functioning of the body. There has been, as we find, a breaking down of cells in the system, especially as related to specific centers in cerebrospinal system as related to a portion of the stomach proper and its activity; so that, with the lack of the incentive as comes from the reactions of the nerve and muscular forces in the act of rotation in digestion - this becoming dormant - allows conditions to become distressing at times in the major portion, or the cardiac end of same. This has produced that as may be termed properly, not as ulcers, not as lacerations, not even as conditions as may be produced or caused as a rash or improper circulation, but more as a CAKE or HARDENED condition. THIS is the seat or the cause of conditions.
2. In the effects as these have produced in the system, we find at times those of the headaches, those to the eyes, those conditions as exist in throat and in those activities of the respiratory system; so that the alternations as seen in heart's action come from those reflexes as come from the changes as seen in the circulatory system. Not an organic disturbance either in heart, in lungs, nor PROPERLY in the FUNCTIONING system, but reflexes as produced from the inactivity of the proper peristaltic movement, or of the mixing - as it were - of the gastric forces of the stomach proper.
3. In the conditions as this naturally produces from the organs of digestion, these find at times an overactivity, at times an underactivity; so that throughout the assimilating

system - that is, from the activities of the pancreas, the activities of the liver upon the juices of the system through digestion, these become at times nil in their activity; yet AGAIN an over-abundance of same shows the activity of the system through the intestinal tract.
4. With these changes comes those reflexes as we have at times for the extremities, through the lower limbs, through that of the liver and the lower HEPATIC circulation, or through the kidneys proper. These only as a reflex of a PULSATIVE nature.
5. These, then, be the conditions as we find, as come as reflexes from the disturbances as produced or seen in the cardiac end of stomach proper. This may be seen by fluoroscopic, or through the activities as may be made to designate its position.
6. In meeting, then, the needs of the conditions in this nature, we would first find there will be the necessity of CLEANSING the system from lower portion of stomach down, as to the activities as are seen in the system, so that, that as may be builded up or replenished in system will be properly coordinating in its elimination and assimilation by the system, as that of expunging from system those of the forces created by this inactivity, and that in the rebuilding these may be builded from that where the vitality of the body may be replenished properly throughout the system.
7. These, we will find, may be best accomplished through that of cleansing the colon first - some two or three such irrigations.
8. Then begin from those in the stomach proper, with first that of the elm and saffron - as to make for an activity in the stomach itself. Then a flushing of same through those active principles from senna as a basis.
9. Then begin with the sinusoidal in its activity, PREFERABLY from the 5th dorsal center with that of the umbilicus center; so we will have a direct current in low form, as to make for the proper peristaltic activity. Giving this - this vibration - will enable the system to adjust itself.
10. With the beginning of such treatments, which should be given at least every other day - BETWEEN such treatments, or other days THAN the activity of the sinusoidal, those of the manipulative and corrective manipulative treatments osteopathically in the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th dorsal centers, with the GENERAL over the system as to make for the general DRAINAGE in system. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) How should the elm and saffron be given?
261-1 Page 3
(A) In the water as is taken.
12. (Q) How should the senna be given? What dosages? (A) Best would these be found in that compound as is the basis for the properties, see? Small dosages, until there is full activity from same. In Castoria, say taken half a teaspoonful every half hour until the whole nine hundred drops are taken - or, in this will be twelve hundred drops taken before the proper activity. The diets as will be seen necessary for the system, will be those that are decidedly alkaline in their reaction. Those as for the activities physically, during the first period the body should not OVER exercise - but take TIME to eliminate same from system. SUFFICIENT of the exercise to keep up the GENERAL active forces in circulation.
13. (Q) Will the treatments prescribed be good for the rheumatism? (A) That's the basis of what this comes from, in the centers you see!
14. That is all the questions.
15. Do this, as we have given, and we will find we will make for the NORMALCY for this body in two to three weeks, that with the continuation of considerations in diets the body may develop to a better physical activity throughout; for these, as we find, come from this BASIC condition existing in stomach, HINDERING the circulation as is seen in those activities of reflexes from same.
