Time of Reading 10:55 to 11:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

2. As we find, there is as much disturbance in the attitudes of the body as in the general physical conditions. For to confine or to act in one way at one time and another to be resentful and to do at others, does not make for keeping faith with self nor its best conditions for its body or for its surroundings.

3. And if this would be made more consistent AT ALL times with the applications that have been indicated, we would find quite a different attitude, quite a different reaction.

4. For each portion of the activity, physically, mentally, spiritually of a body, as in this body, must be coordinated and cooperative in its reactions; else we continue to have storms within the mental attitude, which creates within itself influences in the tissue of the body and the minutia of the assimilating forces, POISONS that all the physical applications can NEVER remove - except by gradually being sifted through as it were the whole physical system.

5. Do that.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) Why does the body continue to have so much suffering in stomach, right and left side? (A) As has been indicated, for not keeping the whole applications at all times consistent. These are the affect of attitudes and activities in ONE surrounding or environ of ONE thing and another in another. These will necessarily have to be made consistent or else we will find that the effects of these to the capsules about the kidneys are going to cause pus, and then we will have a great distress.

8. (Q) Should the packs [honeycomb & soda packs, alternated, on sacral-coccyx, as in 263-6] be continued? (A) Provided the rest of it is consistent with same.

9. (Q) What should be her diet? (A) This has been given, keep at least eighty percent alkalin and don't fudge when taking sweets or those things

that become as even torments to the digestive forces at other times. [Alcoholic beverages]

10. (Q) Is the correct medicine and correct rubs being taken? (A) PHYSICALLY, yes. Mentally and the attitudes, no.

11. (Q) Any other advice? (A) As has been indicated, keep the whole of the purposes, the attitudes, the activities ONE, and we will find cooperation, coordination in the physical forces of the body. These made to be warring one with another, will produce disturbing conditions and are the basis for much of that which becomes - as is termed in materia medica - INCURABLE conditions.

12. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file
