Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:25 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.

1. HLC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [263]; this we have had before.

3. There are many changes in the general physical forces of the body since last we had same here. Some are much better. The general mental attitude is much improved. The conditions or sources from which the infection or poison arose in the gums and teeth are in the way of being improved.

4. As the body is purified from those poisons that were accumulated from same, these will gradually improve.

5. For at least five to ten days we would keep an excess in eliminations as related to these. For this particular period or season, use a salt saline - or warm or hot salt water of morning before any meal is taken. Take sufficient to make it pretty salty, two to three pinches between the fingers. And this to be thoroughly dissolved and taken before any meal is taken of morning.

6. In the general conditions of the body, as we find, there needs only be kept those precautions as to sufficient of the mental exercise, sufficient of the physical exercise, and be mindful as to the diets - that there is not the overloading, nor yet the undernourishing of the body.

7. The meats should consist of fish, fowl and lamb. These are preferable to other meats or the like. Plenty of all characters of vegetables, especially those that are of the leafy variety, and carrots - both cooked and raw; also the yellow squash and the like - the squash cooked, of course.

8. These, if we keep in these lines, will make for bettered conditions for this body.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) Are there any more bad teeth that should be removed

or fixed? (A) As we find, there are some that need some attention; especially the lower ones, as would be called those next to the cuspids, or the stomach teeth as sometimes called. These need local attention, not being removed.

11. (Q) How long would you advise that I wait before fitting the false tooth? (A) The sooner this is fixed now the better it will be.

12. (Q) Has Ipsab been of benefit to the gums since the tooth was extracted? (A) It has been a benefit, for it is a purifier; and aids in strengthening the gums and purifying the mouth.

13. (Q) Is the bottle of Ipsab which I hold in my hand, prepared with salt rather than sea water, effective? [See 1800-34 re Ipsab formula.] (A) Effective.

14. (Q) What causes the ache in my knees when I sit or stand for a long time? (A) Poor circulation. Thus, as indicated, the foods should be eaten for the creating or building of a better circulation.

15. (Q) Should I continue to use the Wet Cell Appliance? (A) Continue to use same, but keep the anodes clear.

16. (Q) What causes the feet to swell and become so tender, and how remedy this? Any other advice at this time? (A) Poor circulation. Get up a better circulation by a better massaging of the limbs of evening, and across the sacral area.

17. (Q) Are the teeth the cause of my headaches? (A) They have been a part of the cause, but should not be from now on if the causes are corrected. Not altogether the cause, of course, for it is partly nervous reaction.

18. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) Keep constructive in the thinking, and this will aid in all of those activities, physical and mental.
