Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [264]; this we have had before.

2. Now, we as we find, conditions are progressing very satisfactorily. While there is considerable weakness and still some excess in the discharges from the system in eliminations, there needs not be any undue anxiety so long as these eliminations are natural and the coagulations in the blood supply are sufficient for the nature's curettion; for the plasm to be sufficiently strong as to keep resuscitation in other portions of body and, to be sure, that no infectious forces arise from the discharge.

3. Well that the same appliances be used for the more perfect cleanliness and easiness for the discharges to be eliminated.

4. Do not attempt to remove sac; rather let this be of a natural condition. This would not be removed, any more than when there would be on the exterior portion any abrasion and the removal of same, for it would cause too much anxiety or too much aptitude of hemorrhage that would be hard to check.

5. Keep the parts affected cleansed with the same type, style or nature of antiseptics, for cleanliness and for the resuscitation of forces.

6. We would keep up those treatments that have been given for the supplying of nutriment in the blood supply; as the ash and the light, as well as those for the replenishing and rebuilding of the system to supply the elements and nutriment necessary for replenishing the STRENGTH of the body - see?

7. These are the conditions that we find, and that are necessary for the proper considerations at present.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Should any change be made? (A) Keep up those conditions that have been outlined, and consider that necessary for the loosening or the strengthening of the oxygen which is the added life and

carbon for the system - see? and be sure that those things taken act with the digestive forces of the body. With the changes, should it be necessary for the assimilation to be made easier, add very small quantities of the pepsin. Do not overeat, but small quantities taken often will be the better. Beef juice will be strengthening. The wines are excellent for the stimulation. Should the heart action or the pulsation require some stronger stimulation, watch these closely - but do not resort to other than those easily assimilated with the system unless it becomes absolutely necessary.

10. (Q) Should any more carbon for ultra-violet ray be bought? (A) If it is necessary to keep on the life of the carbon or the light, do it!

11. (Q) What is condition of uterus and growth? (A) As indicated, it is draining itself; but do not attempt to remove sac, any more than we would remove the skin from a boil or a blister.

12. (Q) Has sac turned loose from uterus? (A) As indicated, if it was loosed it would necessarily eliminate itself. It is the core, or that which is the production of the condition, that is necessary to be drained from system. The absorption of those loose or sac portions by the system will through gradual elimination produce normalcy, provided conditions are kept in that outline as given - see?

13. (Q) Should pessary be replaced in uterus? (A) Just as given, it should be used to make easier drainage but not so it produces irritation.

14. (Q) How should mouth of uterus be located? (A) This should be in its normal position for the whole conditions in body; the normal positions of same.

15. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) Keep the mental in that same way and manner that makes for the very best, as understood by the body - by the MENTAL body, by the physical forces of the body; and all will be well.
