1. GD: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [264]; this we have had before.
3. Many changes have taken place in the experience of this entity since last we had same here. The removal of those conditions in the pelvic organs has been very well done. Becoming active too soon has caused an upsetting of the body-forces. As we find, this is, rather than an infection, too great a strain on the system and some of those tissues, which were involved in the operative measures taken, have become inflamed. The inflammation has caused a distress in the kidney and bladder area.
4. As we find, quiet and a very small quantity of Sweet Spirits of Nitre will aid in stimulating or causing better activity of kidneys and bladder. Take it in small doses, say five to six drops in water. This should relieve the tension.
5. It would be well to rub the kidney area on spine with grain alcohol (20%) solution.
6. Then near the head and along the spine and limbs we would use the rub alcohol.
7. Should temperature persist it may be necessary to give the penicillin. Do not give until conferring with, and advice from the one conducting the operative measures.
8. In the diet do keep to that which is strengthening and take at least a tablespoonful of beef juice a day in very small doses.
9. These, as we find, will be helpful, though the REST should give the better reaction.
10. A massage, of course, is well for the body, especially when the rubs are to be given, but give the massage first and the alcohol rub following same.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Would Urotropin be helpful?
264-60 Page 2
(A) This we don't find. This may be helpful but penicillin would be better - if necessary, don't give it yet!
13. (Q) What laxative should be taken and how often? (A) Just so there are the proper eliminations - any good vegetable laxative.
14. (Q) Would girdle or abdominal band be more helpful? (A) The abdominal band is the better than girdle.
15. (Q) Any other advice? (A) Do as indicated and do follow through with each.
