1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the further improvement of same. You will answer any questions I may ask you regarding same.

2. EC: We will wait until the body gets quiet, see?

3. Now, we find the physical forces show much change in the body since we have had this here before. While there are still many conditions that cause distress throughout, yet, were those conditions and those suggestions as were given for the body followed out the more closely, with the cleansing of the colon, and with the diet, and with those properties that absorb and rid the system of the accumulation of poisons in the body - the accumulation from non-elimination - the body would find a great deal of change and difference in the physical forces of the body.

4. In the cleansing of the colon through that of the high enemas, we would never use same without using an antiseptic in same, for irritation as is produced is detrimental to the body at times - for, as the body experiences, while RELIEF is felt, and the body feels the relief of the pressure on the system, there are times often when the irritation as is produced produces almost as much trouble in the absorbing system of the mesenteric, and the hepatic circulation is raised to such an extent as to carry deeper into the system those conditions in the circulation that cause distress in the extremities, and in those portions of the body, see? are hindered by such conditions, see? We would use Glyco-Thymoline in such douche or enema - at least a tablespoonful to the gallon and a half or two gallons of water that is used, and use this as warm as the body can well stand, see?

5. Following out the diet, following out those other suggestions as have been given. Do that.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) What properties should the body take to assist in the absorbing of poisons?

265-5 Page 2

(A) Those that prevent accumulations in the duodenum and upper intestinal system; such as is found, preferably, in diet, and in any mild cathartic that is not irritating to duodenum or pancreas - such as is found in soda, or in any of like nature, see?

8. (Q) What causes the trouble in the knee? (A) Same trouble as was given before. That of absorption of poisons in the system, irritation by injuries as have been received from time to time, and of centralization of poisons as are left in system carried by circulation, and the anterior or capillary circulation becoming slow by such conditions leaves poisons in such places, see?

9. (Q) What is the condition of the finger now? Has that trouble been relieved? (A) Absorbed a great deal, see? and not unless there should arise the conditions in the system wherein eliminations are checked to the extent that they would bring about such conditions again, would there be a re-occurrence of the condition - for, with eliminations set up - the body has experienced better conditions throughout the whole system as long as these have lasted. Hence the necessity of cleansing the system to reduce any irritation that causes the extra amount of blood flow that flows to the portions of the body so assisted, to carry back toxins in the system. Toxins are as microbes, that may be separated - and as ARE separated (as known by those who study such things) - and as seen in this condition, they produce that which will bring about cold, congestion, stopping of the activity of the capillary circulation and of leucocyte in blood to heal tissue and to prevent the accumulation. Hence cold and congestion takes place and, as is seen, bring their resultant forces in the body. Hence the assimilation and elimination ABOVE the normal, as is NECESSARY to bring about the normal forces for the body. Do that. Be consistent, be persistent, in every condition as regarding the mental and physical forces of the body.

10. (Q) How is the blood pressure? (A) Nearer normal than it has been for many days!

11. (Q) What caused the trouble in the back sometime ago? (A) Same conditions!

12. (Q) Does the Violet Ray assist these conditions any? (A) Assists the conditions when eliminations are kept above normal. Hinders when below normal.

13. (Q) How often should the enemas be taken now? (A) At least every day when the colon is not cleansed. Every other day, the nominal way and manner.

14. (Q) Would the Petrolagar be well for this body?

265-5 Page 3

(A) Be very good for the body, were those conditions in the diet kept in the way that this will be assimilated in system. Should this be taken, rather the plain than either acid or alkaline. Oil would be more effective - pure Usoline oil.

15. (Q) How often and what quantity of the Usoline oil should be taken? (A) Tablespoonful each day, or when the body will assimilate - until it is entirely through the system, see? using other conditions, so this will assist in going through the system. All such are better taken as the body is ready to retire, for these act not as an active principle - but rather as a lubricant so that other things as taken may be active principles and find easy operation. The same reason why antiseptics are given when enemas are taken, for irritation by the abnormal injections of water produces the blood supply to increase - or INDUCES the blood supply to increase, and so carries FROM the system into the tissue those poisons - unless eliminated by the antiseptic, see? and the antiseptic, with the blood supply, is an aid or destroyer in assisting the leukocyte - as would choke one to death, as it were - to eliminate.

16. (Q) What kind of soda should be taken? (A) Bi-Sodol.

17. We are through.
