Time of Reading R.F.D., 11:10 to 11:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Penna. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [269]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, there are many changes since last we had same here. These, as we find, are for the betterment of the general physical conditions of the body.

3. The conditions in the head and in the throat are being relieved of those tendencies for the accumulations, that arise from those impingements that have existed - as well as from the activities that produced these conditions; in that the tissue must be enlivened so that the organs, or those parts that were disturbed, may resume their normal activity, and thus perform their functioning as to the general system.

4. These are gradually being brought about by the stimulation to those portions of the system, and in relieving - and keeping relieved - the tissue that becomes involved through the action of congestion in that portion of same.

5. To be sure, as we find, one part - or one ear - has shown, and is showing, faster and better results than the other; one not being so badly involved.

6. The Eustachian tubes are assuming, or returning in part to, their normal position.

7. Since all portions of the body aid or retard the conditions that have been involved, in a greater or lesser degree, and inasmuch as the general condition that first affected the body (catarrhal condition) has to do with the general circulation, we would find that an ASSISTANT to the circulation and lymph supply - as we have given - would be well; through the use occasionally - every two or three days, if not every day - of the violet ray, especially over the upper dorsal and cervical area. Not over head or ear at this time, but over those portions of system where the impulses from the nerve forces are to supply energy and circulation to the system - or to those portions that have

been affected.

8. This would be an aid for those parts that have been disturbed, to assume or resume - more in a normal manner - their position, their reaction, and their effect upon the general system.

9. Also, to keep the alimentary canal clear - and not to disturb digestion or the eliminations in such a manner, we find that it would be well to take a laxative at times; such as would be found in the form of agar and oils - or the nonacid form of same.

10. The addition of this to the system would be to keep out sluggishness, yet not disturbing the equilibrium of the system.

11. As we find, these will bring about the correction - and the return of the activity of the auditory forces - for this body, [269].

12. Of course, it will be necessary to keep the circulations, manipulations or treatments, until there has been a correction - and a tendency for the system to function in a normal manner.

13. Ready for questions.

14. (Q) Would it be advisable to take a tonic, or something to help my general blood condition? (A) Those properties suggested would be well; not so much a tonic as to assist the system (without disturbing the body) to assume its normalcy in elimination of the great amount of refuse forces that must be thrown off, that must be assimilated and thrown out through the eliminations of the body - see? Petrolagar.

15. (Q) How long should the body continue present manipulations and treatments at this period? (A) Until there is something near an equilibrium established in the circulation and nerve supply to the head, neck and throat. Of course, keep the soft tissues cleansed - as we have given. Then, to prevent colds, congestion, disturbing the mucomembranes, the tissues must be enlivened by the circulation. Hence there will be required some four to five weeks at this period.
