1. LBC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [270], of Room ..., Chicago, Ill., and the information given him on January 24th. You will tell this body whether he should continue to hold that purchased at that time, and would it be advisable under present conditions to take on more?
2. EC: We have the body, the enquiring mind, [270] - this we have had before - with the information as has been given concerning those interests of the body and the holding in same. We do not find that there is change other than that as was indicated might come from the vote or referendum from the peoples, and that the franchise would hold, and that these advances would occur. Hold that in hand, and be WELL to purchase more.
