1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [270]; this we have had before.
2. As we find in the general physical forces of the body, these are in the present very good; better in many respects than that as we have had before.
3. There should be taken those precautions in the exercises as indicated are well to keep a normal balance in the circulatory system and to make for those influences for especially the circulation through the head, the throat, the bronchi and the larynx.

As this move will decrease responsibility, will it also adversely affect me otherwise? (A) As we find, this plan which has been set in motion will gradually make for centralizing of the accounting, the activities in about three places in the United States. While this will not be until there are other greater changes

in the association and the organization a perfect system carried out, we do not find before there are those changes in advancement - for this body, this entity, that it would affect the body in any material or financial way. There needs be only kept the proper attitude and relations, and no resentments outwardly or inwardly as to changes.
8. (Q) What are the prospects for advancement and will this result from centralized accounting or organizational changes in San Francisco office? (A) Organizational changes as we find would affect the body the more. As to whether this would change the body from Frisco or not is not determined yet. As to how any group or individuals would react to varied circumstances becomes rather problematical, that must be considered or met as conditions progress.
9. (Q) Without standing in my own light, is not a transfer to another office inevitable if promotion is to be obtained? (A) It is, as has been indicated.
10. (Q) Is the location and character of work defined so I may be advised now, bearing in mind that my personal desire is to remain in San Francisco? (A) As has been indicated, this sometime ago, there was given the body that there should be thought and preparations made for changes that would come about by the localizing or by the centralizing of activities and these should be prepared for and met in all thoughts of the entity's or body's activities. And these as we find are near to same. As we would find, the transfer would bring if there are the considerations carried out as are planned at present; though these to be sure may alter - either to Baltimore or Chicago.
11. (Q) Admitting the practicability of the centralized accounting scheme, will the plan prove successful from an operating standpoint? (A) Not successful for some time or until at least there are other changes in the localization of activity.

14. (Q) Will Edna Morgan sustain before the Industrial Commission of Illinois at hearing Dec. 1st the claim that my mother is liable or responsible for injury she received in fall? (A) This as we find depends rather upon the manner in which the pros and cons are presented. If there is the able presentation or representation on the part of each, then those that are only the proper and just conditions under the circumstances should be desired by all concerned. Then it will depend upon the manner of presentation of the circumstances or the case. And then as to what would be the ruling - well, that is to alter or to give what would be in individuals' minds, and they have not been set.
15. (Q) Is there any advice for my guidance in handling this matter? (A) Only that there is the proper presentation, and representation.
16. (Q) Previous information indicates that general unrest, minor wars and local disturbances would pass with 1936, that economic and industrial adjustments will materialize in 1937 and 1938. 17. (Q) Will the monetary value of money be subjected to further readjustment by the present administration? (A) This as we find is in the position where it will be held or maintained or sustained as in the present.
18. (Q) Approaching this matter another way, is not inflation with a sharp rise in commodity prices and the cost of living inevitable? (A) This is the natural consequence of "good times," as is ordinarily termed. For not only the living conditions but the whole conditions advance as together, see?
19. (Q) When will this condition become more noticeable? (A) It has already begun, and as we find through January and February it should become more noticeable.
20. (Q) By reason of its oil drilling program is Di Giogio Fruit Co. a potential investment. If so should common or preferred stock be bought? (A) We don't find this oil company in the best of handlings, though there may be the ability to buy and sell quickly owing to some activities, that would be very well considered. As we would give, we would leave it ALL alone preferably.
