Time of Reading 10:00 to 10:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. San Fran., Ca.

1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [270], ... St., San Francisco, Calif., who seeks information, advice and guidance, as to his health, his mental and material affairs. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [270]; this we have had before.

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) The Adiron has been secured. Are 2 tablets to be taken before and after each meal? (A) Two tablets are to be taken AT the meal; not each meal, but the noon and the evening meal - during the meal or at mealtime; NOT before and after but AT mealtime.

5. (Q) Should a further check be made of my physical condition before the blemishes are removed? Otherwise, will the second week in June be satisfactory? (A) As we find, unless there are other disturbances arising not indicated in the present, June should be sufficient; provided the conditions are closely followed as we have indicated, and the eliminations stimulated to activity.

6. (Q) Should Dr. Ingel do the work? (A) This as we find would be very good.

7. (Q) Is there any further advice for my physical well being at this time? (A) As indicated, the Adiron - with the other things suggested - should in the present be sufficient to keep a normal balance - if the other things or conditions are attended to as indicated.

8. (Q) Has my action and performance conformed with the working policies and conditions as outlined? (A) This as we find has been in very good order.

9. (Q) Is a satisfactory base being formulated for my future activities in the accounting department? or may another transfer be anticipated this year? (A) As we find, there is to be anticipated another transfer - according to that in the minds of some of the superiors in

the department. As to whether this will crystallize into a change, with general developments arising, is not YET indicated. But IF there is a change, we find that - with the whole preparations being made - it will be as a helpful advancement for the entity.

10. (Q) Is there any further specific advice for my material welfare relating to approach, conduct and mental attitude in the confidence and progress in the present activity [that] may be made more evident? (A) As just indicated, we can only give - keep in those attitudes and those attempts and the preparation and activity already begun.

11. (Q) Am I correct in presuming that a constrained attitude exists towards me by my former immediate superior in the Plant Department? (A) As has been indicated.

12. (Q) Is this attitude based on truthful information and correct conclusions? (A) This had best be determined in the mind of the individual, else that given or indicated would bring conditions that would be a constraining influence not in itself basically good. But know, so long as self can and does not find in self that which would condemn, nor condemns the activity in others, truth will assert itself.

13. (Q) Am I in any way at fault? (A) Adhere to the suggestions just made.

14. (Q) To establish a more reliable background within myself, arrangements have been made to study English and Mathematics at the Raymond School of Individual Instruction. Will this source of information provide the basic principles desired? (A) With the application of self in these directions, it will make the desired developments as needed and as necessary in the experience of the entity. And the attitudes as will be created by same are good.

15. (Q) Is the tutor capable and well qualified? (A) As just indicated.

16. (Q) Will the Telegraph Company's business as a result of domestic and foreign affairs provide a substantial increase in its revenue this year? (A) It should.

17. (Q) Will the stock reflect a corresponding increase? (A) This will be much later in the season than that indicated in the present activities.

18. (Q) Because of the general dissatisfaction, will the Telegraph Company agree to liberalize the employees benefit fund resolution of Oct. 10, 1939 as applied to payments for death benefits to beneficiaries as specified under the plan

270-45 Page 3

of Jan. 1, 1939? (A) This will eventually come to pass; though there will still be some discussions with this until the final completion of same at the next general meeting or counsel on same.

19. (Q) It has been said that our future prosperity will depend upon increased activity in aeroplane manufacturing, of the following companies: Ryan Aeronautical, Consolidated Aircraft, Lockheed Aircraft and Boeing Airplane. Which one will have the most satisfactory outlook from an investment standpoint this year? (A) Lockheed.

20. (Q) From an investment standpoint, compare these aeroplane stocks with Western Union, stating which company holds a more lucrative near future prospect. (A) As has been indicated oft, as for an investment there is none better than Western Union. As speculative, to be sure the plane stock offers greater scope or greater advance, or will be up and down in greater measure than the Western Union. Then, if there is the desire on the part of those who seek an investment to be in and out as speculative, the airplane stock offers the better.

21. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) Keep those things indicated as to attitudes and developments.
