1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [271]; this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, there are bettered conditions in the general physical forces of the body.

3. There are those reactions that show for the better according of elements which are being assimilated.

4. While these are in the present only impulses through the activities of the centers from which the impulse to and from brain centers shows responses, they are, however, in the right direction.

5. And, as we find, there is only required patience and persistence in the carrying out of those suggestions that have been given.

6. Precautions should be taken that the anodes or plates are in absolute contact with the body when they are ADJUSTED to the body. The one first attached in place first, and each time after the application there should be the precaution immediately that all accumulations from body-contact are removed from the plate. Well that this also be done just before attaching or applying to the body.

7. The centers to which these attachments are applied; these are very well. Be careful that these are applied, however, in the same places each time; and that there are also those suggestions that have been outlined given the body while it rests or sleeps, in a POSITIVE manner - that there is being accorded in the system, through the active forces of the elements being applied, that which will produce the proper coordination in the active forces of the inner self, or the regulations of the mental and physical body in accordance with those elements that will make for better creative forces in the active parts of the mental and physical body. Through the powers of the life giving forces themselves bringing the better activity for a more normal mental and physical body.

8. As to exercises and diet, these are being accorded VERY well. Also the recreation, the reading, the studying, or the analyzing of associations about the body. Keep these in the channels that have been outlined.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) When he is depressed or moody, which would be the most successful way to cooperate or help him? (A) The most successful way is to accomplish this through the suggestive forces of the body, as we have indicated. As for material meeting of conditions, these are in accord with that given: Patience, loving-kindness, and the like. Not too positive, as to create that of animosity. Not too sympathetic, as to make for the pitying of self. But rather that which makes for constructive influences for the surroundings of the body.

11. (Q) What is cause of groaning awake and asleep? (A) Mental incoordination.

12. (Q) Any other advice? (A) Do this, as we have outlined, for the present.
