1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [273].

2. Now, as we find, while the body-physical is very good in many respects, there are conditions existent that with the correction of same in the present will make for better physical functioning; relieve uneasiness, discomfort that comes at times, and prevent a great deal of disturbance later on, making for rather the ability to store energy than to have the feeling or such conditions that become more of using up the energy at times.

3. These disturbances, as we find, in the main are produced by toxic forces in the system caused by poor eliminations at times, and the tendencies or effects of these conditions produce minor disturbances through the body. With the correction of these there would become the near normal conditions physically.

4. Then, these are the conditions as we find them with this body, Mrs. [273] we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. The BLOOD SUPPLY is very good. However, there are periods when the metabolism of the system is disturbed by the activity of the toxic forces from poor eliminations, produced by constipation and the activity of those forces through the colon.

6. In meeting this character of condition, or this particular condition for the blood supply, there needs to be the consideration of the GENERAL conditions.

7. The NERVE SYSTEMS are very good, considering that there are natural results of plexus disturbance by the same toxic force produced through the intestinal and digestive system. This is that making those tendencies for periods when the body appears to become exhausted very easily, and again when a great deal of exercise especially on the feet makes for shortness of breath and those recurrent conditions that come with same.

8. These are, as given, reflexes from nerve plexus

273-1 Page 2

disturbance, produced by the poisons in system.

9. The ORGANS themselves, as we find, show disturbances only through those activities that make the tendency - as in liver and kidneys - to become involved in the attempts to take care of those poisons that make accumulations, by the inactivity of the alimentary canal. This causes the tendency of the system to throw off excesses of used energy, or the drosses of the system, through other portions of the system, bringing those appearances of distress or disorder through various portions of the body.

10. In the digestive system, and especially through the alimentary canal, we find that tendency for the system to have less of the peristaltic movement than ordinary or normal. This makes the tendency or necessity occasionally (and all too often) for cathartics, or those influences that produce or exercise those activities of the lymph and emunctory circulation through the digestive tract. This also aids in leaving, then (from such conditions) a strain on the liver and the digestive forces of the body; as well as tending to dilate the colon, producing in the ascending colon something of a plethora condition. This is a contributory cause to the nerve influences or pressures that make heaviness in feet, with long standing, or walking, or the activities that make for the using up of energies of the body, or tiring all too easily.

11. We find that in the cerebrospinal system there are tendencies of a repression in nerve impulse towards the digestive system and the cleansing of the alimentary canal. Especially is this shown in the 9th, 10th, and 11th dorsal. Not, as indicated from that given, a nerve plexus that makes for a nervous condition, but the heaviness that occurs across the small of the back at times; heaviness first in the right side and the left side that occurs at times is from the muscular forces not receiving their proper impulse from a form of lesion that exists in this portion of the body. Not affecting the nerve ganglia so much as the muscular reaction from the nerve plexus to those portions of the caecum area, and the activities of nerve energy through the lower digestive tract.

12. Then, in meeting the needs, as we have indicated, especial attention must be given for WHATEVER may be used as to stimulate the whole system to its activity and not create an unbalanced condition in the blood supply by the addition of any properties that will affect same WITH the incoordination already attendant in the system, in the eliminations, as to disturb the equilibrium of the body.

13. Hence, we will find these will be most helpful in

273-1 Page 3

eliminating the conditions in the system in the present:

14. First, we would use the electrically driven vibrator at least each evening, for five to ten minutes, especially over this portion of the system from the lower lumbar to the plexus in the activity of the upper extremities. It would be well that the WHOLE of the cerebrospinal system be gone over, but especially along each side of the cerebrospinal body itself from the lumbar to the upper dorsal area; for this will relax the body when it is ready to retire.

15. We would also prepare and take those properties called the Toris Compound. While this is indicated for rheumatic disorders, prepared in this manner it is for the removal of the toxic forces and will tend to make better activity through the peristaltic movement, aiding the digestive forces in creating the lymph circulation through the lower portion of the body:

16. One quantity, or one ounce of the Toris Compound, should be made in simple syrup; one-half pint dissolved in one-half pint of simple syrup.

17. The other quantity, or other ounce, should be dissolved in spirits frumenti.

18. Then combine the two together, so that there is the reaction from the activity of the alcoholic content with the syrup, that aids in producing a character of fermentation which will tend to ease those distresses in the movement along the cerebrospinal system's reaction to the digestive eliminations.

19. Take a teaspoonful AFTER each meal.

20. It would be well at times to use an enema to relieve those distresses in the colon area. To one quart, or two quarts of water that may be used in such an enema, we would put a level teaspoonful of salt with two level teaspoonfuls of soda. This should be warm, but not so hot as to produce unpleasantness in using same.

21. Following these conditions we will bring better forces for this body.

22. We would be mindful that the diet is kept in more of an alkalin reaction for the system. While most any of the well-balanced foods or diets may be taken, let the tendencies be kept away from the sweets and too much of any vegetables that grow under the ground. Not that no beets, turnips, radishes or potatoes are to be eaten, but let there be at least twice or three times as much taken of the leafy or pod vegetables, or that grow above the ground, than that growing under the ground.

23. Ready for questions.

24. (Q) What causes the singing in head and what will

273-1 Page 4

relieve same? (A) This is produced by that pressure which comes to the unbalancing of the metabolism of the system, from poisons. With the use of the vibrations along the cerebrospinal system that make for the corrections, this will disappear.

25. (Q) The numbness in hands at night? (A) Poor circulation, produced by the pressure as seen and given; hence the vibrations should be given deeply in the brachial plexus.

26. (Q) Regarding eyesight? (A) This needs rather the specific attention. This may be aided by those applications given, but especially so if the body will use the head and neck exercise at least once or twice each week. But be rather specific about same. Don't take it once, then take it the next day and then skip two or three weeks! But if it is to be taken on Wednesdays, take it each Wednesday at a SPECIFIED time, five to ten minutes. Bend forward three to four times; head back three to four times; to the left; to the right; then circulate, turning first to one side then the other. This will create a balance. At first it will produce dizziness, but - as the eliminations are improved, as also the tendencies removed as created by the poisons from pressures - better conditions will be brought for the body.

27. (Q) Is blood pressure high or low? (A) As indicated, the metabolism is disturbed - but it makes for that tendency of first up and then down.

28. (Q) How long should this treatment be kept up? (A) This treatment should be kept up as long as necessary to relieve the distresses, or to make for the better coordinating in the system. As we find, taking all the treatments for the period required for the quantity of medicinal properties would be well. Then there may be the period of rest. Then, in a week to ten days, take another course - all the way through, see?

29. (Q) Any other advice for this body at this time? (A) As indicated, all the conditions with this body are very good throughout - in many ways and manners. If these conditions as far as the physical body is concerned are carried out in the present, to remove the pressures, there will be saved much distress - that comes at times, or discomfort rather; not a great deal of distress except at

273-1 Page 5

some little periods - and there will be brought about much bettered conditions, so as to prevent distresses later on. In the mental and spiritual body we would keep in accord, in attune, with those things that make for constructive thinking, constructive acting, in all the experiences of the body; but that which answers to those forces from within self will - and should - be the directing force.
