Time of Reading Set bet. 10:30 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Florida.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; [273].
3. As we find, there are rather serious disturbances here which are preventing the better physical functioning of the body. These, as we find, are in the nature of complications which have arisen from general disturbances which have existed for some time.
4. The greater distress arises from not only the variation of the pressure in circulation, but the weakened conditions brought about by this alteration or slowing of circulation, which leaves drosses through portions of the body.
5. These, especially, are being indicated in soft tissue throughout the body, thus involving the mucous membranes in abdominal areas, through intestinal tract, through organs of pelvis, through lungs, the head, nasal passages, soft tissue of face. And these continued headaches are indications of the pressure as produced on nerves by the poisons that are parts of the accumulations. These, as we find, are the sources and natures of the disturbances with this body.
6. As we find, there will be the necessity of changes in environment, or in altitude which causes greater distress in an already depressed or low circulation. These, we find, would be better in a high altitude, such as may be had on the east coast, or in the central portion of the country. Either, then, in the neighborhood of Denver, or Ashville, would be the greater for the benefit of the body.
7. We would have the hydro-therapy treatments as will aid in eliminations of poisons from the body, purifying the alimentary canal and colon, and massages with oils - which will aid in causing better circulation to all portions of

the body.
8. These, as we find, and these followed, we will bring a much nearer normal condition for this body.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) What oil should be used? (A) Pine oils, preferably, for this particular body. Fume Baths, rather than dry sweats. These would be preferable using witchhazel as the means of the Fume Bath.
11. (Q) Can this be obtained near Ashville? (A) If there is the desire and the insistency upon same - or this may be prepared by self in a cabinet, or with the Fume Bath prepared and the rubber sheeting wrapped around the body while seated on a stool. Put about two tablespoonsful of witchhazel in about a pint of water to be boiled in the cabinet to produce the fumes.
12. (Q) Is there any indication of cataracts forming on eyes? (A) There are indications of accumulations in many portions of the body but no more particular on the eyes than the abdomen or chest, throat, or head.
13. (Q) Are glasses properly fitted? (A) After being treated the glasses will necessarily have to be refitted.
14. (Q) What should be done for the sinus trouble? (A) These massages will, of course, include face, head and neck. We will set up drainages that will rid the body of poisons.
15. (Q) Should tonsils be removed? (A) Not in the present conditions, no. Not with the blood pressure, the bloodstream itself as related to the circulation as it is. Maybe later on, not in the present.
16. (Q) What diet should be followed? (A) That which is body-building that carries a great deal of vitamins B, D, and A. All of these in the diet, as well as supplementary B, as - in Ederle's in liquid form as we find, would be well, a teaspoonful twice each day.
17. (Q) Have treatments from doctor been beneficial so far? (A) At times beneficial, and at others not very beneficial. The changes in body resistances and body eliminations are what is needed the most, see?
18. (Q) Any other suggestions? (A) Do follow through with these, with the change in the environ and in the manner of the eliminations and the massages for better conditions of body.
