Time of Reading 11:05 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [274]; this we have had before.
2. The physical conditions, as we find, are much more near normal in the present than we have had at any of the viewings before.
3. There are still those tendencies, from the positions that have existed for some time, as to the stomach or the organ itself, for the activities of forces about the body - and for the digestive influences in the body - to at times cause discomfort; and a tendency at times decidedly for the lymph circulation, through the digestive area, to be overactive, and at others a decided tendency for the using up of the influences and the activities until the peristaltic movement of the intestinal tract has been disturbed.
4. Yet, as we find, if the treatments as outlined are continued for the present, there will be a bettering of the conditions; that is, continuing the exercises and the gradual working out to more and more strenuous activity with the rubs and the massage that cause a stimulation to the superficial circulation, as well as the deeper activities and the activities of the levers of the body, as it were, the legs and arms being used in decided activity.
5. When there is at times a feeling of a dropping of the stomach, or the nausea that occurs across the diaphragm and just below, or the pains or prickly feelings, it would be well that a tape or band be bound across same.
6. But, as the conditions have remained in the system for some time that make the strain, the activities that make for the corrections must also be of sufficient period or activity to enable the muscular forces to be so arranged - through activities and through the treatments and applications - as to make for stability or stamina in their action in the body.

7. Hence we would keep much as we have outlined, altering as specifically necessary for the changes as they develop with the activities and with the betterment of the varied conditions.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) How often should the massages and rubdowns [at Reilly's] be taken? (A) Once a week should be sufficient, unless periods arise when the activities or other influences produce tiredness and headache or return of some of the old conditions; then it would be well that extra treatments or massages be used.
10. (Q) Will you give any suggestions that the body may give to those who handle this treatment, that will help them in helping this body? (A) In the massage, these centers specifically should be stimulated for their activity: The 3rd, 4th and 5th dorsal plexus, as to make a strengthening of the hypogastric or sympathetic influences to the stomach in its position. The 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th dorsals, as to make a stimulation for the activity of the lymph and the emunctory circulation through the digestive area. The activities in the tumbling, the rolling over and over, that tends to throw the body forward sufficiently, are the most beneficial. We would not apply too cold showers to the exterior, or the ice or pin baths, unless these be rather tending toward tepid solutions; for these, with the lack of the increased circulation (as we have indicated, from the tendency of the anemic influences in system), tend to cause a chilling to such an extent as to drive the superficial activity in the nerve supply too deep for the body betterments.
11. (Q) Will this treatment suggested take care of the throat and catarrh trouble? (A) As we have indicated, the lymph circulation is disturbed. As the activities of the body are such as to increase the blood supply, and the lymph circulation is taken care of, these will care for those disorders in the system. It would be well that the vibrations from the inhalant which we have given for such activities [538-18?] be used to act as an antiseptic for the muco-membranes of the head and throat. Breathe same deep into the system, morning and evening especially.
12. (Q) What would you suggest for the gum inflammation? (A) The stimulation to the activities of the body as outlined will supply the necessary influences for specific conditions. Also the use of the properties as indicated for the gums, in Ipsab, will cause a hardening and an increase
274-5 Page 3
of the blood supply circulation.
13. (Q) How often should Ipsab be used in this case? (A) Once or twice a week. Apply a small quantity; or dip the finger into the solution, after it is shaken together, and massage the gums; or apply a small quantity to a tuft of cotton and massage inside and outside gums, upper and lower. Where specific conditions in the teeth disturb, apply a small quantity on the end of a toothpick (with a tuft of cotton around same, to be sure) and rub along the edge of the gums. This will be found most effective. It will destroy those influences known as Rigg's or pyorrhea effects.
14. (Q) Will the treatments suggested take care of the wart condition, or moles on the head? (A) These are of a different influence. We may give that which will aid in preventing their accumulations from the influences in system, but not for removing same.
15. (Q) What would be the advice for removing them? (A) For those of the wart nature we would use a twenty percent solution of hydrochloric acid. A small quantity applied will remove these; but DO NOT apply such solution to moles!
16. (Q) What would be the advice for the moles? (A) These are indentations in the system. We would not disturb these, because we would produce greater disorders.
17. (Q) I find that swimming and tennis tire me very much. (A) Keep on using it, but do not do it to such an extent as to overtire the body.
18. (Q) Would you suggest a diet for this body? (A) As diets have been outlined for the body from time to time, there has gradually grown within the experience of the body that which is found to be the most effective and the most beneficial. Just so there is sufficient care taken to keep the tendency (especially where lacteals tend to regurgitate in the system) for a more alkaline reaction; and follow along those influences known by experience of the body to be the better. These would be the better diets, rather than outlining specifics.
19. (Q) Should I keep taking the sweat baths? (A) Further and further apart may these be, but let this be understood by the body: There has been the tendency for the accumulation of poisons in the capillary and lymph circulation, by the incoordination of the eliminating forces of the body. Hence occasionally these should be taken to keep the body cleansed from accumulations, and to stimulate the whole activity of a more perfect circulation; for, as the blood supply is increased, these will be found to be
274-5 Page 4
more and more beneficial to the body.
20. (Q) Milk does not seem to agree with me. Should I discontinue using it? (A) We would change the form or character of milk until there is found that which will be most helpful; for the fats and the proteins in same are necessary, provided these do not cause too great a distress. We would change either to malted or dry milk, or the condensed, or the different characters of the raw milk.
21. (Q) Any other suggestions for the body at this time? (A) We would be rather persistent, rather consistent, with the outlines; for, as the body realizes, it IS on the improve. Hold all that you have and gain the more, until RESISTANCES are built in the system.
