Time of Reading Set bet. 10:30 to 11:30 A. M. Taken 12:05 to 12:10 P. M. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes (in the lab.). We have the body here, [274]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, while the physical body has improved, there have been those indiscretions in the activities of the body; and the NEGLECTING of self until there comes a reversal in some directions for the general physical forces of this body.

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) Have the osteopathic treatments, Radio-Active Appliance and Ipsab done me much good? (A) They have done much good, but there have been the neglects to carry on same for sufficient periods - and in those periods when there are indications of the distress; so that, as indicated, there is a reversal. It would be well that the Radio-Active Appliance be used for those disturbances that are indicated in the rash, or the poor circulations that occur in portions of the body. Also we would take the osteopathic manipulative forces again, and adjustments osteopathically (in preference to the MASSAGE), as would be through Dobbins. These combinations would make for a great deal of help. We would not use the Atomidine internally, but we WOULD use the Ipsab for massaging the gums. Also we would use a weak solution of Ichthyol, prepared in such a manner that it may be used as a spray for the nasal passages. This will enable the body to overcome the tendencies for the choking of the mucous membranes in the various portions of this part of the body, and will also

clear the conditions - if used in conjunction with the general treatments osteopathically and the Radio-Active Appliance. As to the diets, these have been disregarded at times; especially in the manner of making for very difficult COMBINATIONS that have been detrimental. Do not use any combinations of the sea foods with milks or with wines. These make for an irritation in THIS body. While they might not in some conditions, in this body they make for an irritation that becomes a strain upon the body and is very detrimental. Also it is better that the sweets or the carbohydrates be taken alone. When sweets are taken, do not have same with starches - or at the same meal with bread, potatoes or vegetable forces of such natures. And do not take starches with proteins; rather the sweets should be taken with proteins.

5. (Q) Is the quart of milk a day, and orange juice, helpful? (A) Orange juice and milk are helpful, but these would be taken at opposite ends of the day; not together.

6. (Q) Why is breathing, also smelling, always harder through the left nostril than the right? (A) As indicated, this is a portion of the body where the soft tissue is affected; and where the effect of the Ichthyol solution in spray would be beneficial. Use this about once a day, or it may be used in the evening and in the morning - but less in the morning than in the evening.

7. (Q) Why have I lost so much weight? (A) Rather indiscretions, and the lack of keeping a proper balance in the diet. Do these as we have indicated, and we would find the better conditions.

8. (Q) What do the slight pains at times in the appendix and prostate regions indicate? (A) The poor circulation, and the inactivity of the peristaltic movement of the alimentary canal. With the change of the diet, and with the increased activity through the manipulative or corrective forces, these should disappear.

9. (Q) What causes a dry, scaly skin? Should this condition be remedied locally as well as generally; if so, how? (A) This may be aided by the rubbing with a combination of Rosewater and Olive Oil - equal parts. This is to soothe the skin, but the general applications should be from within.

10. (Q) What causes pains in back of neck, nasal catarrh and sinus trouble?

274-9 Page 3

(A) As indicated, and the remedy for same is to use those things as indicated-with the manipulative forces and the corrective diet. Do these.
