Time of Reading ... St., 11:40 to 11:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have had the body before.

2. There are many conditions that still need local attention, as well as a general application for the influences upon this body.

3. The body astrologically, of course, is passing through a period when the mucous membranes are being more and more affected through the head and the throat, and the general effect upon the whole system.

4. These are inclinations and may be, as we have indicated for others, met by the use of creative forces in a material world for the eliminating of such conditions in the physical forces of the body.

5. As we find, PREFERABLY through one who may apply the osteopathic manipulations, there should be the use of antiseptic sprays through head, nasal passages, the antrum, as well as the throat and those affectations that affect the bronchi as well as the general system. These we would have then through an osteopathic specialist, rather than making two separate or distinct applications from different schools.

6. These, as we find, would offer FOR the body the PROPER manners and means for the eliminations of these disturbances.

7. These we would do.

8. For while we will find that manipulative forces will relieve, there is the necessity for not only antiseptics but healing potions for irritations that reinfect the system through these portions of the body; and thus, as indicated, carry through the absorptions into the digestive forces of the body destructive reactions that make for more and more of an irritation throughout the circulation, the lymph, and the activities of the body.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) What type of outdoor exercise would you suggest? (A) ANY kind that may keep the body in the open. Walking,

rowing, golfing, riding; any of these that the body feels equal to.

11. (Q) What diet? (A) Alkalines.

12. (Q) Why does Ipsab seem not to have any action any more? (A) The lack of the system's being able to make for the eliminations properly. These with the general antiseptics that may be used as sprays in the soft tissue as indicated will be found to be more applicable and helpful to the body. The increased evaluation of the properties in Ipsab as we have suggested, also would be more effective here (a stronger solution, you see). [See [1800] series?]

13. (Q) Any special advice regarding the manipulations? (A) These should be in accord with the applications that are made locally for throat, soft tissue of face and head. This is why, as indicated, that these should be given by one and the same person, see?
